Claims (1)
- チツプを搭載する基板が誘電体材である集積回
路において、前記チツプの電源端子をグランドに
接続するコンデンサが、前記誘電体基板の両面に
所定の電極を形成し、誘電体基板の一部を媒体と
してなるものであり、パツケージ内において、該
コンデンサの一方の電極が前記チツプの電源端子
と電気接続がなされていることを特徴とする集積
回路。
