特にその周縁で基布とバッキング材が剥離し易いという
問題が発生している。

布のカーペット基布としての前述の接着性の問題につい
て、さらに検討を進めた結果、既に提案したエチレン系
樹脂水性エマルジョン塗布法の効果を特に有効ならしめ
るための織布として、本発明に到達したものである。

用いて従来の延伸テープヤーンと混繊する場合をも包含

本/インチとして平織した織布を一次基布とし、該基布
に、平岡工業社製、タフタ−(ゲージ5/64インチ)
にて、ステッチ16本/インチで6mカットのナイロン
セミ梳毛糸パイルを植設し、その裏面にスチレン・ブタ
ジェンゴムラテックスを固形分として10009/y7
となるように塗布した後、その裏面に、前記水性エマル
ジョン塗布織布を′  二次基布として重ね合わせて一
対のロールで圧縮し、次いで、120℃の加熱炉内に3
0分間放置してラテックスとエマルジョンの水分全除去
することにより、タフテッドカーペットを製造した。
