2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when a curing sheet made of synthetic resin is attached to a wall or the like for the purpose of curing, an adhesive tape is used as a separate member.
A method of using a tape or applying an adhesive has been used. In recent years, a curing sheet to which a pressure-sensitive adhesive has been applied in advance for the purpose of simplifying work has come to be seen. These curing sheets with an adhesive function are provided with a laminating layer on a base fabric woven from synthetic resin flat yarn or the like on a weft yarn to impart a waterproofing function, and are smoothened by the laminating layer. A pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to the surface, and release paper is laminated as necessary.

Here, a polyolefin-based synthetic resin is used for the base cloth and the laminating layer of the cured sheet. However, a polyolefin-based synthetic resin film has very low polarity and excellent chemical stability, so that it is used as it is. The pressure-sensitive adhesive is not applied well, and corona discharge treatment, chromic acid treatment, ozone irradiation treatment, sand blast treatment, etc.
The adhesion to the pressure-sensitive adhesive is improved by polarizing the surface or forming irregularities. If the adhesive between the pressure-sensitive adhesive and the curing sheet is poor, if it is necessary to remove the adhesive after attaching it to a wall, the pressure-sensitive adhesive may partially remain on the wall, etc. In some cases, it takes time and effort to remove the remaining pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the surface treatment is applied at present, although it is undeniable that the number of processing steps increases and the cost increases due to equipment provision.

According to the present invention, as described above, the structure of the base cloth is used to improve the adhesion between the base cloth and the pressure-sensitive adhesive without any special process or treatment. It was the result of intensive studies for the purpose of eliminating the residual pressure-sensitive adhesive on the application surface by causing the expression.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a surface-laminated laminate layer on a base fabric woven using a split yarn or a multifilament of a polyolefin synthetic resin for both or one of the wefts. This resin is penetrated into the base cloth and coated, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed on the other surface to form a curing sheet with an adhesive.

Here, a polyolefin-based synthetic resin is used for the base cloth and the laminating layer of the cured sheet. This is because the resin itself is easy to extrude, the resin price is low, and after the molding, This is due to the fact that the sheet-like material has high strength, light weight, excellent cold resistance and chemical resistance, and is easy to dispose.

[0007] A split yarn made of a polyolefin-based synthetic resin is produced by splitting and raising a flat yarn.
This is a film obtained by forming a film of a polyolefin-based synthetic resin in a molten state, heating and stretching the film cut after cooling to about 2 to 8 times, and splitting a flat yarn obtained with a clothing roll. It becomes a split yarn. Here, the one woven using split yarn for both or one of the warp yarns is used as the base fabric.

Next, the resin of the face-laminated layer is penetrated into the base cloth to cover the base cloth. In other words, by forming a relatively thick laminating layer, the resin permeates the knitted mesh to fix the intersection, and the permeated resin makes the back surface of the base fabric substantially smooth.

[0009] The pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to the back surface of the base fabric which has become substantially smooth in this way, and a conventional technique can be used for the application method. In the present invention, by making the application surface smooth, uniformization becomes easy even when the application amount of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is small. At this time, the fluff of the split yarn used as a part of the base fabric is entangled with the pressure-sensitive adhesive, so that the flat yarn having a smooth surface is bonded more firmly than the knitted fabric using the warp yarn.

[0010] A multifilament, which is a bundle of monofilaments having a low fineness, is one that exhibits the same effect as the fluff of the split yarn. This is, for example, fineness 3
A monofilament of about 0 to 200 dr is bundled and twisted, and the surface of the multifilament has fine undulations. Here, on the base fabric woven using multifilaments on both or one of the warp yarns, a face-laminated material is applied and a pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied on the back surface to reduce the unevenness of the multifilaments. The pressure-sensitive adhesive enters the state.

Therefore, in the case of the base fabric using the multifilament as in the case of the base fabric using the split yarn, the adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive to the base fabric is a surface that polarizes the base fabric surface. It has the same strength as the processing.

The curing sheet with an adhesive of the present invention is based on a basic structure, for example, a design sheet for attaching a universal board in which a printed film is laminated on a base cloth via a face-laminated layer, It can be designed according to the application such as a masking sheet for preventing paint scattering in which one side or the periphery of the sheet is subjected to adhesive processing.

In the present invention, a split yarn obtained by splitting and raising a flat yarn or a multifilament obtained by bundling low-fineness monofilaments is used on at least one of the warp yarns constituting the base fabric. When the agent is entangled with the fluff of the split yarn or the multifilament or the undulation of the surface, an adhesive layer firmly adhered to the base cloth can be formed without performing a special surface treatment.

As described above, according to the present invention, in a cured sheet having one surface subjected to an adhesive treatment, a base fabric woven and woven using a split yarn or a multifilament of a polyolefin synthetic resin for both or one of them. Since the pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied on the upper surface, the pressure-sensitive adhesive is entangled with the fluff of the split yarn or the surface unevenness of the multifilament, and a strong adhesive force to the base cloth is exhibited. When the curing sheet is removed due to its strong adhesive force, traces of the pressure-sensitive adhesive do not exist as residues on the wall surface or the like to be adhered, thereby reducing the work of removing and cleaning as post-processing. Become. In addition, there is no need to perform any special surface treatment, and furthermore, the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is made to be substantially smooth by penetrating and covering the surface-laminated layer into the base cloth. Since it can be used as a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, it becomes a cured sheet with an adhesive which can be easily and inexpensively manufactured, and is effective as a masking sheet and a design sheet.
