Abstract

PURPOSE:To quickly and surely repair the damaged tap hole of a converter by press-fitting and packing monolithic refractories into the space between the fresh sleeve brick which is inserted into the tap hole after the removal of the damaged sleeve brick and the block brick of the tap hole.
