Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable defrosting quickly starting from the crossing part of each heating wire and ensure the maintenance of good visibility by forming defrosting wires on each of a transparent plate dividing a car room into front and rear spaces and a rear window, and so arranging the heating wires as to cross each other when viewed from a driver's seat. CONSTITUTION:The cabin 2 of a vehicle 1 is divided into a front side crew space 2a and a rear side cargo space 2b with a transparent plate 20 including a partition glass plate, and the rear side of the cargo space 2b is formed with rear window glass 30. In this case, a plurality of heating wires 21 are arranged in parallel on the surface of the transparent plate 20 in a widthwise direction, and both ends of each heating wire 21 are connected to a bus bar 22 formed at both sides of the transparent plate 20 for feeding electric power. On the other hand, each heating wire 31 is formed in parallel on the rear window glass 30 in a lengthwise direction and both ends of each heating wire 31 are connected to a bus bar 32. According to the aforesaid constitution, each of heating wires 21 and 31 can be so arranged as to cross each other when viewed from a driver, thereby enabling defrosting quickly through the crossing part.

(Prior Art) Windshields fog up when there is a large temperature difference between the inside and outside of a car, such as when it rains. In order to remove this cloudiness, conventionally, Ag paste or the like is printed on the glass surface and then fired to form parallel hot wires.

By the way, some types of automobiles have a luggage compartment in the rear of the vehicle instead of a trunk compartment, or have an engine located in the middle or rear of the vehicle body. In order to separate the vehicle from the front passenger compartment or block engine noise, it is conceivable to partition the passenger compartment with a transparent plate such as partition glass.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) As described above, in a vehicle in which a transparent plate such as a partition glass is installed in the vehicle interior, the driver has to visually check the rear through both the transparent plate and the rear window glass. However, depending on temperature conditions, the transparent panel inside the vehicle may become cloudy.

Therefore, it is possible to reliably see the rear by forming hot rays on the transparent plate inside the vehicle interior, but if a similar pattern is formed on the rear window glass and the transparent plate, that is, both are formed in the horizontal direction, for example, as shown in Fig. 5 (A). And problems as shown in (B) occur.

That is, FIG. 5(A) is a view looking rearward through the transparent plate and rear window glass from the driver's perspective, and FIG. 5 CB) is a view of the transparent plate and rear window glass viewed from the side.

When the eye position is (I), the unclouded strips (100a) and (101a) overlap, making it possible to see the rear, but when the eye position is (IT), the heat rays (al) and (a2) will be separated in the vertical direction when viewed from the driver, and when the hot wires (al) and (a2) are energized in such a state, the band-shaped portions (100a) and (101a) will be separated from each other when viewed from the driver. Part where cloudiness is not removed (100b)

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is arranged such that the hot wires of the rear window and the transparent plate intersect with each other when viewed from the driver's seat.

(Function) Because the heat rays of the rear window and the transparent plate intersect, even if both the rear window and the transparent plate become foggy, a portion of both glasses will be cleared immediately after the heat ray switch is turned on, and the fog will disappear. Since the removed portion intersects with both glasses, visibility can be secured through this intersecting portion even immediately after the switch is turned on.

(発明の実施例) 以下に本発明の実施例を添付図面に基づいて説明する。(Example of the invention) Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a rear perspective view of a vehicle to which the arrangement structure according to the present invention is applied, and the passenger compartment (2) of the vehicle (1) is connected to the front passenger compartment (2a) by a transparent plate (20) such as partition glass. It is partitioned into a rear luggage compartment (2b), and the rear surface of the luggage compartment (2b) is a rear window glass (30).

As shown in FIG. 2, the transparent plate (20) has a plurality of heating wires (21) formed in parallel in the lateral direction on its surface, and both ends of each heating wire (21) are connected to the transparent plate ( It is connected to power supply bus bars (22), (22) formed on both sides of the power supply (20). These hot wires (21) and bus bars (22)
is formed by, for example, applying a pattern of Ag paste or the like to the surface of the transparent plate (20) by screen printing, and firing the pattern.

The heating wires (31) are formed in parallel, and both ends thereof are connected to bus bars (32), (32) formed at the upper and lower edges of the rear window glass (30).

In this way, regarding the transparent plate (20), the hot wire (21)...
・For the rear window glass (30), the hot wires (31) were formed for the vertical direction, so when looking rearward through the transparent plate (20) and the rear window glass (30), the result is as shown in Figure 4. As shown in the figure, the hot wires (21)... and the hot wires (31)... have an intersection (40) with each other.

In the heat ray arrangement structure as described above, when both the transparent plate (20) and the rear window glass (30) become cloudy,
When the hot wires (21) and (31) are energized, the hot wire (21).

(31) The strip-shaped portions (21a) and (31a) along D are first defogged. Since the hot wires (21) and (31) intersect with each other, the band-shaped parts (21a) and (31a) also overlap, and the rear can be seen through this overlapped part (40a), and as the energization time passes, this overlapped part (
40a) expands.

In addition, in the illustrated example, the hot wire (
21) is in the horizontal direction, and the hot wire (31) formed on the rear window glass (30) is in the vertical direction, but these may be reversed. The point is that the hot wires (21) and (31) should intersect when viewed from the driver.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the present invention, in a vehicle in which the rear view is confirmed through double transparent plates, the hot rays formed on each transparent plate are made to intersect when viewed from the driver. Regardless of the driver's physique or posture, it is possible to see a portion of the rear from the start of the first energization, and this visible area expands as the energization time increases, greatly improving visibility compared to conventional systems. Time is also reduced.
