FIG. 1 is a schematic front view showing an example of the structure of the outer wall of a building having an isobaric structure according to the present invention.
1 is a mullion that also serves as a gondola guide rail, 2 is a window unit, and 3 is a panel part that forms the waist. , two window units 2, 2 and panel parts 3, 3 are arranged between mullions 1, 1, respectively, and window units 2 and panel parts 3 are arranged alternately along the vertical direction. A structure in which window units 2 in each row are arranged.
and panel portion 3, respectively, as shown in Figure 2.
They are arranged in a zigzag pattern with alternating inner corners and outer corners. Furthermore, the mullion 1 and the panel section 3 each form a space 5 between them and the outer surface of the outer wall 4 of the building, and between the mullion 1 and the window unit 2 in the horizontal direction, and between the mullion 1 and the panel section. A tight material 6, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, is interposed between the space 5 and the space 5 from the outside air, for example, as shown in FIGS.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the mullion 1 has a mounting bracket 8 with a substantially hatch-shaped cross section that is bolted to an anchor 7 buried in the outer wall 4 of the building.
Attach bolts to the flange parts 8' and 8' on both sides of the
A mullion main body 1c has a substantially T-shaped groove 1b to which outward flanges 1a, 1a protruding on both sides with fixing tools 9 such as nuts are fixed, and a mullion main body 1c is formed on both sides of the outer surface of the mullion main body 1c. Bifurcated locking part 1
It is composed of exterior sections 1e, 1e having a substantially V-shaped cross section that are engaged with the exterior sections 1e, 1d, respectively, and an auxiliary space 10 is formed between the stop portion 1d and the exterior section 1e, and the exterior The tight member 6 installed in the attachment groove 1f provided on the outer surface of the outer profile member 1e comes into close contact with the adjacent unit 2 and panel portion 3, thereby shielding the space 5 from the outside air. The auxiliary space 10 is communicated with the outside air through an outside air introduction port 11 provided in the main body 1c, and the space 5 and the auxiliary space 10 are communicated with each other through a communication port 12 provided in the locking portion 1d of the mullion main body 1c. Therefore, the inside of the space 5 is communicated with the outside air via the outside air introduction port 11, the auxiliary space 10, and the communication port 12,
The pressure inside the space 5 is equal to the outside pressure. In addition, on one side of the fixed part of the mullion 1 (on the left side in FIGS. 3 and 4), a horizontal airflow blocking plate is attached to a bracket 13 fixed to the flange part 8' of the mounting bracket 8 with screws 14. 5 is fixed, and the space 5 is partitioned in the horizontal direction by this airflow blocking plate 15 that is continuous in the vertical direction, so that equal pressure in each partitioned space 5 can be instantaneously achieved. .

As shown in FIG. 5, the window unit 2 includes:
The outer surface of the opening 4' is connected to the fastener 17, which is fixed to the opening 4' in the outer wall 4 of the building, by an anchor bolt 16, through a bracket 19, which is connected by a fastener 18 such as a bolt or nut. The window frame 2a is composed of a window frame 2a that is attached to the window frame 2a, and a glass 2c that is fitted into a mounting groove 2b formed on the inner periphery of the window frame 2a on the outdoor side with a sealing material 20 interposed therebetween. A four-circumferential space 21 that communicates with each other is formed, and a small space 21' that communicates with the four-circumferential space 21 is formed between the mounting groove 2b and the glass 2c through a communication opening 22 formed in the window frame 2a. has been done. The four-periphery space 21 is communicated with the space 5 through a communication port 23 (shown in the third figure) provided on the side surface of the window frame 2a. Note that the window frame 2a
A sealing material 24 (shown in the fifth figure) is filled between the opening 4' and the outer wall 4 of the building to keep the opening 4' watertight. In addition, a ceiling plate 25 is installed on the upper part of the opening 4' side.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG.
A space is provided between the outer surface of the outer wall 4 and the outer wall 4 by means of a mounting bracket 28 fixed to the outer surface of the outer wall 4 of the building at a position near the top of the opening 4' by an anchor bolt 27. One side end of the exterior panel 3' to be attached is held, and a caulking material 29 is filled between the upper end of the exterior panel 3' and the lower end of the window unit 2, and the exterior panel 3' of this panel portion 3 is A space 5 formed between the unit 2 and the outer wall 4 of the building is communicated with the outside air through an outside air inlet 30 formed between the upper part of the unit 2 and the lower part of the exterior panel 3'. The space 5 is communicated with the four-circumferential space 21 through a communication port 31 provided at an appropriate position on the lower end of the window frame 2a of the window unit 2. In addition, in order to prevent raindrops and the like that enter the space 5 from entering the indoor side from the fixed part of the mounting bracket 28 due to kinetic energy, the fixed part of the mounting bracket 28 is placed above the fixed part. [Effects of the Invention] The isobaric structure of the present invention configured as described above has the mullion 1 disposed on the outer surface of the outer wall 4 of the building, the back surface of the exterior panel 3', that is, the outer wall 4 side of the building, and the back surface of the outer wall 4 of the building. A space 5 is formed between the outer wall 4 and the space 5.
The space 5 is communicated with the outside air through the outside air inlet 11 provided on the side of the mullion 1 and the outside air inlet 30 provided at the bottom of the exterior panel 3', so that the inside of the space 5 is instantly adjusted to the outside air pressure. Furthermore, the communication ports 23 and 31 are also provided in the four-periphery space 21 formed in the window frame 2a that constitutes the window unit 2 that is constructed on the outer surface of the outer wall 4 of the building together with the exterior panel 3'. Tsute space 5
Since outside air can be introduced through the window unit 2, it is possible to safely equalize the pressure of the surrounding space 21 in the window unit 2, and as a result, it is possible to improve rain control using the equal pressure principle. Furthermore, according to the equal pressure structure of the present invention, it is not necessary to perform complicated processing on the constituent members of the outer wall of the building, and it is possible to easily and safely form an equal pressure space, thereby reducing the number of constituent members. In addition, it has excellent effects such as being able to facilitate on-site construction and shorten the construction period, and its utility value is remarkable.

In the above embodiment, the inside of the space 5 is communicated with the outside air through the outside air inlet 11 provided on one side of the mullion and the outside air inlet 30 provided on the side of the exterior panel 3'. It is not necessary to introduce outside air from two places, and the purpose of the present invention can be achieved even by introducing outside air from at least one place, which further facilitates construction and reduces the number of parts. be able to. Furthermore, in the above embodiment,
Two window units 2, 2 or panel parts 3, 3 are arranged between the mullions 1, 1, and the window units 2 and panel parts 3 are arranged alternately in the vertical direction, and each window unit 2, 2 in the horizontal direction is arranged alternately. Although the structure of the outer wall of a building is described in which the space between the window units 2 and the panel parts 3 is formed with alternating inner and outer corners, the structure is not limited to this structure, and any window can be used. A similar effect can be obtained in the external wall structure of a building having a combination of units and panel parts or a normal planar arrangement.
