This paper relates to a method for producing paper cut foil that exhibits a symmetrical pattern on the top surface.

Not only is the productivity superior to that of the case where the front and back patterns are aligned, but also the alignment of the front and back patterns is easier.

Also, the pattern element on the back side occupies the front side, so the pattern revealing ability is a kind of reversible, and there is no partial omission of the one-sided pattern and the raised pattern.

問題がある。However, until now, no method has been developed industrially to ensure that the patterns on the front and back sides of this type of paper cut foil match not only the design, but also the same color texture. There is a problem in that the usefulness of the forefoot characteristics cannot be fully utilized.

I did a lot of research in order to make it, but in the process I encountered the following problem. If this is applied, the color and texture of the front and back patterns should be the same, but when we actually tried this, we found that in the case of multicolor printing, especially multicolor printing with three or more colors, the density of printing ink and the degree of inkling should be doubled. Even if two rolls or a rotary screen were used to make the same pattern, the colors and textures of the front and back patterns would inevitably be different.

Even if two rolls or rotary screens are made, the halftone dots or holes in the line pattern between the two rolls or rotary screens may differ in one or more of size, density, and depth. It was determined that this slight difference was the cause of the uneven texture of the hues of the front and back patterns.

Therefore, it is particularly suitable when the pattern is abstract and has a blurred pattern.
Moreover, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing a cut foil original fabric by the printing or stamping method described above, which can easily match the texture of the hue of the front and back patterns.

The pattern is applied, and then the horizontal orientation of the roll or rotary screen with respect to the cut foil raw material with the pattern on the surface is the same as in the surface pattern construction, and the material, roll, or rotary screen is placed on the material. A method for manufacturing cut foil material, characterized in that the roll or 〇-Tari screen is placed in a deployed state such that it is substantially on the back side, and a pattern is applied to the back side of the cut foil material by the roll or 〇-Tari screen. achieved by

The orientation of the roll or rotary screen is reversed left and right from when applying the surface pattern, and the cut foil material is
Under the above-mentioned relationship, if the front and back sides are turned over and placed so that the back side faces the roll or rotary screen, the left and right orientation of the roll or rotary screen and cut foil material will be the same as when applying the surface pattern. ! This can be carried out by placing the cut foil raw material in one piece and placing the cut foil raw material so that the back side thereof faces the roll or rotary screen side.

In order to apply a pattern that has symmetrical patterns on the front and back in the circumferential direction, a pattern is applied to the surface of the cut foil raw material using the roll or rotary screen, and then the roll or With the rotary screen facing left and right in a predetermined direction and the material (or roll or rotary screen) being arranged in a predetermined manner, the roll or rotary screen is used to create a pattern on the back side of the cut foil material with the roll or rotary screen. By aligning the positions and applying the patterns, the same roll or rotary screen can be used to apply the pattern on both sides of the cut foil material, and the obtained cut foil material is reversible so that the front and back sides have a symmetrical pattern. It is.

The patterns on the front and back sides will appear the same in terms of color and texture unless the density and degree of inkling of the printing ink (or printing paste) are changed in printing or printing on the front and back sides. Furthermore, it is possible to simply apply the pattern on the front and back sides with such favorable results by using the same O-ru or "rotary screen."
