The present invention relates to an asphalt sheet in which the remaining half is in the form of a hollow cavity not impregnated with asphalt, and the unimpregnated portion is impregnated with latex mortar.

They were unable to keep up with the water vapor pressure generated from the concrete layer, causing ruptures and water leaks. For this reason, it was common practice to construct asphalt roofing by laminating two or three layers together.

An asphalt sheet in which the remaining unimpregnated area is impregnated with latex mortar,
As mentioned above, this latex can replace the conventional waterproofing method of laminating two or three layers with just one layer, and has a latex mortar layer that has good affinity with the underlying concrete layer. When using the mortar-impregnated surface as the contact surface with the base concrete, asphalt can be used to shorten the construction period by taking advantage of its affinity and can be applied even when the base concrete layer is in a semi-hardened, uncured state. It provides sheets. The asphalt used in the present invention includes not only blown asphalt but also rubber asphalt,
Various asphalts such as modified asphalt can be used, and cement mortar mixed with rubber or synthetic resin, which is flexible even after hardening, is suitable as the latex mortar.

In the present invention, asphalt 2 is impregnated from one side to half of the thickness of the nonwoven fabric 1, the remaining half is made into a hollow part, and the other half of the layer of this hollow part is impregnated with asphalt 2. Impregnate latex mortar 3 from the surface,
The intermediate layer of the non-woven fabric 1 is made to be in close contact with each other so that no unimpregnated portion remains.

る。 As mentioned above, the asphalt sheet of the present invention is a thick non-woven fabric base material with one side impregnated with asphalt and the other side impregnated with latex mortar, so it can be used to waterproof concrete slab surfaces on rooftops of buildings. Conventionally, in construction, concrete hardens and is applied in two or three layers, which takes a long time. However, when using the asphalt sheet of the present invention, a sufficient waterproofing effect can be obtained by pasting only one layer, and the construction period of the present invention was delayed. The asphalt sheet has a latex mortar layer on one side that has good affinity with the base concrete layer, so when this latex mortar-impregnated surface is used as the contact surface with the base concrete, use this affinity to make the base The construction period is shortened because construction can be performed even when the concrete construction surface is uncured or wet. Since the nonwoven fabric of the base material is made of long synthetic fibers entwined randomly, it can withstand fluctuations such as cracks in the underlying concrete, and has particularly strong properties against tensile fractures, and can be expected to be completely waterproof. This has an epoch-making effect.
