A fabric formwork with a structure as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-32804 is already known, but the loops of the front and back sheets that protrude from the inner surface of the bag body are tied together by hand. It must be tied with strings, which requires a significant amount of time to manufacture the formwork, and it is difficult to inspect in advance for areas with poor binding or unbonded areas, and the areas must be fixed after concrete is filled. It was not discovered, and if it was discovered, it would be impossible to fix it.
Further, in this conventional formwork, the strength of the bound part is only the strength of the inner loop part, and the strength of the original fabric cannot be used as the strength of the bound part.

By adopting the configuration described in the claims for utility model registration, the present invention does not have the above-mentioned difficulties and drawbacks, is easy to manufacture, allows unbound parts etc. to be seen in advance, and has an improved strength. Also, a fabric formwork is obtained in which the strength of the original fabric can be used as the strength of the bound portion.

以下、図示例についてその構成を説明する。 The configuration of the illustrated example will be described below.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, a fabric 1 made of synthetic fiber threads such as nylon, polypropylene, and vinyl chloride,
2 is woven into a dense fabric structure that allows moisture to pass through but does not allow cement particles, sand, etc. They are stacked one on top of the other, and the four peripheral edges are closed by stitching or the like to form a bag 3 having a predetermined area.

The illustrated fabrics 1 and 2 are arranged at predetermined intervals W 1 and W 2 ,
Reinforcement band parts 4 and 5 in which reinforcing threads are embedded in the weft and warp directions are formed integrally with the ground structure of the fabrics 1 and 2, but these reinforcement band parts are formed only in one direction in the weft and warp directions. It is also possible to just be done.

Further, in the illustrated example, the fabrics 1 and 2 are folded back at the end portion 6, but when the two fabrics are overlapped, a seam 7 is also formed at the end portion 6.

The above-mentioned fabrics 1 and 2 are connected by loop-shaped strings 9 and 10 that are pierced from the upper surface of the fabric 1 to the back surface of the fabric 2 and formed into a loop with a knot 8 on the back surface.

The loop-like strings 9 in the illustrated example are formed at equal intervals D1 across the reinforcing band portion 4, and the loop-like strings 9
are formed at equal intervals D2 across the reinforcing band portion 5, and are provided at multiple locations at equal intervals over the entire surface of the bag body 3.

The thickness of the bag body 3, that is, the distance H between the fabric 1 and the fabric 2 is determined by the length L of the loop strings 9 and 10. Therefore, in order to obtain the bag body 3 with a desired thickness, it is sufficient to determine the lengths of the loop strings 9 and 10 in advance.

In order to form the loop-like strings 9, 10, a piece of string that has been previously cut to a predetermined length is used for the strings 9, 10.
One end of the book string is pierced through the fabric 1 at a predetermined position, e.g. a, and pulled out to the underside, and then the end is pierced through the fabric 2 at a predetermined position b, so that the lower side of the bag body 1.
The other end of the book string should be similarly pierced through the fabrics 1 and 2 at predetermined positions c and d of the fabrics 1 and 2, and the pulled out ends of the string should be tied together to form a knot 8. be.

In FIG. 1, the loop-shaped string 9 is provided at the intersection point X, Y of the reinforcing band parts 4, 5, and the loop-shaped string 9 is provided at the intersection point
0 may be omitted, and the positions at which the ring-like strings 9 and 10 are pierced and arranged can be varied depending on the use of the formwork.

FIG. 3 shows a bag 3 having the structure shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.
The fabrics 1 and 2 are shown in a state filled with concrete 11, and the fabrics 1 and 2 bulge outward between the ring-shaped strings 9 and 10 due to the internal pressure of the concrete 11.
The exposed portions 12, 13 and the knot 8 of the looped cords 9, 10 are cut into the surfaces of the fabrics 1, 2. In this state, the thickness H' of the concrete layer obtained is determined by the thickness H of the bag 3, that is, the length L of the loop strings 9, 10, and the amount of concrete 11 filled.

Note that the swelling of the fabrics 1 and 2 due to the filling of the concrete 11 is caused by the spacing between the ring-shaped strings 9 and 10.
If D 1 and D 2 are long, the degree of bulge is large and the interval is small.
The shorter D 1 and D 2 are, the smaller and lower they are, and therefore the upper surface of the resulting concrete layer will be nearly flat.

The fabric formwork for concrete work according to the present invention has the structure and function described above, and the loop-like strings can be attached and tied from outside the bag, making it extremely easy to manufacture. , It can improve work efficiency and prevent mistakes in the installation of loop cords.
Since unattached locations can be easily detected from the outside, the quality of the formwork can be improved.

In addition, since the loop string is arranged by piercing the fabric constituting the bag in a loop shape, the strength of the part connecting the upper and lower fabrics is determined by the strength of the loop string and the original fabric. This has the effect of providing a formwork that has high strength and can withstand enormous concrete filling pressure.
