Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The liquid crystal polymer is used as the material of the diaphragm. When the liquid crystal polymer 3 is heated and injected into a metal mold 1 having the space area of a prescribed form by a gate 2 provided in a cone neck part, the liquid crystal polymer is radially spread and formed, the liquid crystal polymer 3 is oriented in a flowing direction and the diaphragm having the excellent rigidity is obtd.radially. The liquid crystal polymer may be sheeted, thereafter heated and molded and the liquid crystal polymer may be impregnated with carbon cloth and thermally molded.

りさらに再生周波数帯域も充分にとれないなどの欠点を
有していた。
