(従来の技術)
プラスチックより成る2部品の接合方法としては9次の
ような方法が採用されているが、それぞれ欠点がある。

電磁界発生装置により交番磁界を加えると膜状媒体は誘
導加熱によって発熱する。

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1、プラスチックより成る2部品(3)、(5)を接合
組立する際、接合界面に交番磁界に感応発熱する膜状媒
体(4)を介在させて圧接し、交番磁界を加えて上記膜
状媒体(4)とともに2部品(3)、(5)を融着一体
化させることを特徴とするプラスチック部品の電磁融接
組立法。 2、膜状媒体(4)は金属その他の導電性材料より成る
網状又は有孔薄板状等2部品(3)、(5)の樹脂が相
互に融合し得る構造のものとした特許請求の範囲第1項
