Abstract

PURPOSE:To be able to easily switch a product of one type between feed air specification and exhaust air specification, by providing a bulkhead between an indoor unit and an outdoor unit as well as to provide an opening on the bulkhead, by providing a two-wings damper to the opening, and by providing a shutter on the side of an indoor fan. CONSTITUTION:At the time of exhaust air specification, a lower opening 36b of a shutter 40 fitted to an indoor fan 26 is closed. When the opening 36b is closed, a damper 38 is opened to the position shown by an actual line. Most of air is passed through an indoor heat exchanger 25 by the indoor fan 26 and is diffused from an indoor diffuser 28, but part of air flows to an outdoor unit 35 as shown by an arrow sign A, flowing in the outdoor unit 35 from an outdoor feed air port 33, routed through an outdoor heat exchanger 31 by an outdoor fan 32, and is discharged to the outside together with outdoor air. When feed air specification is required, a fixing screw 44 is taken off, and the shutter 40 is reversely fitted down-side up. When the upper opening 36a of a bulkhead 30 is shut and the damper 38 is opened, most of the outdoor air flowing in from the outdoor feed air port 33 is discharged to the outdoors from the outdoor discharge port 34 by the outdoor fan 32.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a wall-penetrating individual air conditioner installed in a verimeter zone of a building or the like has a configuration as shown in FIGS. 3 and 6. In the system shown in FIG. 4, a louver 2 and a sleeve 3 are provided on the outside of an outer wall 1, and a main body 4 of an individual air conditioner is housed in the sleeve 3. 6 and indoor blower 6
an indoor unit section 7 provided with an outdoor heat exchanger 8 and an outdoor blower 9; and an outdoor unit section 1o provided with an outdoor heat exchanger 8 and an outdoor blower 9; has been established. An opening 12 is provided below the partition plate 11, and a damper 13 for opening and closing the opening 12 is provided. When outdoor air is to be supplied, the damper 13 is opened (dotted line position in the figure), and air flows in from the outdoor air supply port 14 to the outdoor blower 9. It passes through the outdoor heat exchanger 8 and is blown out through the outdoor air outlet 16, but a part of the air at this time flows into the indoor unit section 7 through the opening 12 and mixes with the indoor air that has flowed in through the indoor suction port 16. and indoor blower6. It passes through the indoor heat exchanger 5 and is blown into the room through the indoor air outlet 17, thereby supplying outdoor fresh air into the room, thereby creating an individual air conditioner with air supply specifications.

On the other hand, the air conditioner shown in FIG. 6 has an opening 18 above the partition plate 11 of the main body 4 of the same type for exhausting indoor air, and the damper 13 is opened (dotted line position in the figure). Accordingly, while the indoor air flowing in from the indoor suction port 16 passes through the indoor blower 6, a part of the indoor air along with the air flowing in from the outdoor air supply port 14 passes through the outdoor heat exchanger 8 and reaches the outdoor air outlet. From 15 onwards, the air was blown outside.
As a result, indoor air is exhausted outdoors.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In such a conventional configuration, it is necessary to decide at the architectural design stage whether to use an exhaust specification product or an air supply specification product. (Fig. 4), or a grip specification product (Fig. 4).
Figure 5) is selected, shipped, and installed in the perimeter zone. However, once the installation is delivered to the site or after the installation is completed, due to changes in the user's requests due to changes in the building environment, the air supply specification product (Fig. 4) is replaced with the exhaust specification product (Fig. 5). ) or vice versa, it takes a lot of effort to replace the specified product. In particular, if a request for a change is made after the installation has almost been completed by penetrating the wall, there is a problem in that it requires work such as removal and transportation, which takes a lot of time and effort.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the above embodiments, according to the present invention, a partition plate is provided between the indoor unit section and the outdoor unit section, and an opening is provided in the partition plate. Since a shielding plate was installed on the indoor blower side with dampers on both wings to close either the opening above or below the center of the opening, the indoor blower could be attached and removed from the indoor side and the shielding plate could be installed. By simply changing the mounting direction of the plates, a single individual air conditioner can be used for either exhaust or supply air. Therefore, when it becomes necessary to change the specifications of a building or other building due to changes in the environment, it is easy to adapt to either specification on-site, and furthermore, changes can be easily made even after the installation is complete. It exhibits effects such as:
