``Conventional technology'' Conventionally, by embedding an air conditioner in a part of the partition wall, such as the upper part of the partition wall or the transom above the door, it is possible to save space and make it easier to redecorate the living space. A simplified built-in air conditioner has been proposed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-195421. This proposed air conditioner is a thin air conditioner that is installed inside the partition wall and communicates with the room.
The part of the partition wall that protrudes toward the indoor side is almost eliminated. The proposed air conditioner circulates the indoor air by heating or cooling the indoor air sucked in through the intake port at the top using an internal heat exchanger and returning it to the room from the discharge port at the bottom. It is now becoming air conditioned.

``Problem that the invention aims to solve'' However, with the above-mentioned configuration in which air conditioning is performed while indoor air is circulated, low-humidity indoor air is sent out due to the dehumidification effect associated with heat exchange during cooling. However, during heating, there is no dehumidification effect, so if you are not careful enough to replace the indoor air, it tends to make the room humid.
Although it is possible to expect a slight dust removal effect by installing a filter in the air conditioner, the indoor air is likely to be contaminated by increased concentrations of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, etc., causing hygiene problems. It was hot. In addition, particularly in cold regions, the heating load during the cold season is large and rooms are often closed off, so the number of times of ventilation is generally extremely small, which poses the problem of conspicuous contamination. Also,
As mentioned above, in a configuration that performs air conditioning while circulating indoor air, cold air from outside (the hall or hallway outside the door, or a non-heated room such as an adjacent room) flows through the gap between the bottom edge of the door and the floor. There is a problem in that the so-called cold draft phenomenon, in which the liquid flows in the air, tends to occur, causing discomfort.

``Purpose of the invention'' This invention was created in view of the above circumstances, and is a partition that can perform air conditioning and ventilation to minimize indoor air pollution, as well as eliminate the inflow of drafts from outside. The purpose is to provide a wall-mounted air conditioner.

``Means for Solving the Problems'' The present invention provides an indoor air intake and a ventilation opening on the front, and an outdoor air intake on the back, communicates the front with the interior of the room, and connects the outdoor air intake. This is an air conditioner that is embedded in a partition wall and communicates with the outdoor indoor space, and includes a heat exchanger that mixes and heats or cools the air taken in from the indoor air intake port and the outdoor air intake port. It is equipped with an air blower that discharges air conditioned by a heat exchanger from an air outlet.

``Operation'' Indoor air is taken in from the indoor air intake, and outdoor dry air is taken in from the outdoor air intake, mixed, heated or cooled by a heat exchanger, and then blown into the room from the air outlet. The cold draft phenomenon from gaps is eliminated by air-conditioning the room while keeping the humidity low, and by bringing outdoor air into the room to create a positive pressure inside the room.

The air conditioner 5 is installed above the door 3 and supported by the blind lintel 4 between the door 3 and the ceiling 6, with its front facing indoors A and its back facing outdoors B. The air conditioner 5 also serves as a transom. Note that a notch 3a is formed at the lower end of the door 3.

Indoor A using the air conditioner 5 installed as described above.
To heat the room, heat exchanger 5B and blower 5C are operated. As a result, the blower 5C takes in air from the indoor A through the indoor suction port 5a and air from the outdoor B from the outdoor suction port 5d, and transfers this air to the heat exchanger 5B.
It is warmed up and blown out into the room A from the air outlet 5b.

Here, the air conditioner 5 takes in fresh air with low humidity from the outdoors B into the room A and heats it, so compared to a conventional air conditioner that circulates and heats indoor air, It is possible to minimize the increase in air pollution due to gas concentration, etc., and it is possible to heat the room while keeping the indoor air fresh. Also, since the air outside B has lower humidity than the air inside A where people are present, if the air conditioner 5 is used to heat the air, indoor A
can be heated while maintaining low humidity.

In addition, if air conditioning is performed using the air conditioner 5, air will be taken into the room A from the outside B, so the pressure inside the room A will be positive compared to the outside B, and the air in the room A will be forced into the door 3. Since it exits to the outside B through the gap such as the notch 3a, drafts do not flow into the outside A from the outside B.

In this embodiment, by opening and closing this gate 7 as appropriate while the air conditioner 5 is operating, it is possible to move from the outside B to the indoor A.

In addition, if a driving means such as a motor for opening and closing is provided, a sensor for detecting the degree of pollution of the indoor air is provided in indoor A, and the driving means is controlled by this sensor, indoor A If the air in the room A becomes dirty, the door will be automatically opened to draw in air from outside B, allowing heating and cooling while keeping the air in room A fresh.

In this embodiment, the high humidity air in the room A that comes out from the notch 3a is cooled by the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit 11, dehumidified, and then returned to the outdoors B, thereby suppressing the increase in humidity in the room B. , to prevent condensation outside B.

"Effects of the Invention" As explained above, the present invention has an indoor air inlet and an air outlet on the front, and an outdoor air inlet on the back, communicates the front with the indoor air, and connects the outdoor air inlet. This heat exchanger is an air conditioner that is embedded in a partition wall and communicates with the indoor space outdoors, and that heats or cools the air taken in from the indoor air intake port and the outdoor air intake port, and this heat exchanger. Since the air conditioner is equipped with a blower that discharges the conditioned air from the air outlet, it is possible to perform air conditioning and heating while bringing in fresh, low-humidity outdoor air into the room. Therefore, the level of indoor pollution caused by carbon monoxide concentration, carbon dioxide concentration, etc. in the indoor air does not increase, and furthermore, since the indoor humidity can be kept low, dew condensation can be prevented. In addition, since air conditioning is performed while taking in outdoor air into the room, positive pressure is created in the room, and cold draft phenomenon from gaps can be prevented.
