Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow a total heat exchanger to be removed and replaced by merely removing a closure panel so as to substantially reduce the time required for inspecting said total heat exchanger by disposing the same perpendicularly in the plan view with a partition set inbetween which separates the air intake duct from the discharge duct so that its width may correspond to the width of the closure panel of the air intake and discharge grill. CONSTITUTION:A total heat exchanger 37 is disposed perpendicularly in the plan view with a partition 36 set inbetween which separates the air intake duct 34 from the discharge duct 35 which are served by an air intake fan 32 and an air discharge fan 33, and it is located in a position opposite to a closure panel 47 of the air intake and discharge grill 46. It, therefore, can be removed downwardly by the handle 48 after opening the closure panel 47. That is, by disposing the total heat exchanger 37 perpendicularly in the plan view, it can be removed and replaced through the space created by opening the closure panel 47.

In FIG. 6, the main body 2 of the heat exchange air unit is suspended from a slab or the like in the ceiling 1, and an intake/exhaust grill 4 provided on the ceiling surface 3 is connected to the main body 2 on the ceiling surface. At the opening 6,
It is formed in one piece. The main body 2 is provided with a blower 6 7 for intake/exhaust, and a total heat exchanger 8 , and a chamber part 9 is formed between the intake/exhaust grill 4 . The intake/exhaust grill 4 includes an indoor air intake port 1o, an indoor air outlet 11, and an opening/closing panel 12 for opening and closing during inspection. A chamber partition plate 16 is provided to partition the flow path 14. In FIG. 6, the main body 2 is shown in a plan view and will be described. Inside the main body 2, an outside air suction port 16 is formed from which outside air is sucked.
Passing through the total heat exchanger 8, which is arranged in a diamond shape when viewed from the top,
Fresh air is directed into the room through the air passage 18 and is taken into the room through the air outlet 11. On the other hand, by the blower 7, the indoor air from the intake flow path 13 (FIG. 6) passes through the air path 19, passes through the exhaust path 20, the total heat exchanger 8, and is distributed to the outdoors from the indoor exhaust port 21. Exhaust air is vented outdoors through the installed duct. When performing maintenance such as inspection and replacement of the total heat exchanger H8 placed at an angle of 460 on the plane, remove the intake/exhaust grill 4 and pull out the total heat exchanger 8 downward. , was to carry out an inspection.

EXAMPLE An example of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. As shown in plan view in FIG. 1, there is a main body 3o of the ventilation unit suspended in the attic, and on one side of the main body 3o there is an intake blower attached to both shafts of a motor 31. 32 and an exhaust blower 33 are provided. Between the intake air path 34 formed by the intake air blower 32 and the exhaust air path 36 formed by the exhaust air blower 33, there is a partition plate 3 that partitions these air paths.
There are 6. A total heat exchanger 37 is placed perpendicularly on a plane with the partition plate 36 in between, and air passes through the total heat exchanger 37 through an outside air intake port 38 that takes in outside air, through an intake blower 32. The air is then blown out from the indoor communication path 39 and the air outlet 40 (FIG. 3). In addition, the indoor air sucked in through the suction port 41 (FIG. 3) flows into the outdoor communication passage 42, passes through the exhaust fan 33, passes through the total heat exchanger 37, and exits through the indoor air exhaust port 43. It is exhausted to the outside via a duct (not shown) arranged to the outside.

In the above configuration, the total heat exchanger 37 is placed in a position perpendicular to the plane, with a partition plate 36 interposed between the intake air passage 34 and the exhaust air passage 36 formed by the operation of the intake air blower 32 and the exhaust air blower 33. This total heat exchanger is provided at a position corresponding to the opening/closing panel 47 of the intake/exhaust grill 4e.

Therefore, it is possible to open the opening/closing panel 47, take the handle 48, and pull it out downward. In other words, if the total heat exchanger 37 is arranged in a diamond-shaped plane, the opposite sides will be longer and the opening width of the opening/closing panel 47 must also be increased, but by locating it at right angles to the plane, when the opening/closing panel 47 is opened, This means that it can be attached and detached through the space.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the embodiments described above, according to the present invention, the total heat exchanger is provided perpendicularly to the plane via a partition plate that partitions the intake air path and the exhaust air path, and the Since it is made to correspond to the width of the opening/closing panel of the exhaust grill, there is no need to remove the intake/exhaust grill to install/remove the total heat exchanger, as was the case in the past. This has the effect of significantly shortening the inspection time for the total heat exchanger.
