線条突起に抵抗溶接される際、上下両電極のいずれかに
僅かな傾きがあっても線条突起のクッション作用により
全てのブラシ線材と線条突起が略均等に挟圧されてプロ
ジェクション溶接されるので、接合強度が高く且つばら
つきが少なく安定し、しかもブラシ線材は切断された際
乱れることなく当初の整列状態を保持していて、寸法精
度が高く品質良好な摺動子片が得られる等の優れた効果
がある。
