時に接点線材側の一側を熊手形にプレス抜きするので、
接点は熊手の指先のみとなって、使用される貴金属量が
大幅に減少する。さらに接点の先端に丸みが備わるの
で、摺動時の接触圧力が増加し、正確に接触することと

て、図3に示すように電子ビーム溶接により接合し、然
る後この接点線材2付ばね材1を、図4に示すように長
さ 3.4mmに切断すると同時に接点線材2側の一側を熊手
形にプレス抜きして、長さ11.0mm、幅 1.0mmの指4を0.
