【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は平盤打抜機の刃当り調整装置に関す

平盤打抜機に於ては、固定された上部定盤の下
面に切刃受け鉄板を介して切刃を立設し、相対向
して配設された下部定盤が上下動を行ない、上部
定盤の切刃と下部定盤との間に打抜用紙を配設し
て打抜きを行なうものである。そして切刃と下部
定盤との刃当りを一様にする調整を行なう為に
は、従来に於て切刃受け鉄板の裏面に調整用のス
ペーサ紙を挿入して、切刃受け鉄板と切刃との刃
当りを調整していた。その為に刃当りの調整に時
間が係り平盤打抜機の稼動率が向上しないと共
に、刃当りの調整に熟練を要する欠点が存在し
た。また刃当りの具合は平盤打抜機の稼動中にも
切刃の摩耗等によつて変化するので、時々平盤打
抜機の稼動を停止して調整しなければならないの
で稼動率を向上することができない欠点が存在し
た。そこで本考案に於ては、下面に切刃が立設さ
れた固設された上部定盤と、この上部定盤の下部
に配設され上下動して切刃との間で打抜用紙を打
抜く下部定盤とを有する平盤打抜機に於て、上部
定盤の下面と切刃との間に配設された切刃受け鉄
板と、上部定盤内部に多数個配設された油圧シリ
ンダと、この油圧シリンダの駆動によつて切刃受
け鉄板を押圧するシリンダロツドと、このシリン
ダロツドに揺動自在に連結され切刃受け鉄板の裏
面に固設された押圧片と、から成ることを特徴と
する平盤打抜機の刃当り調整装置と構成したの
で、刃当りの調整を必要とする箇所の油圧シリン
ダの調整バルブを調整することによつて簡単に刃
当りの調整を行なうことができ、また平盤打抜機
が稼動中で下部定盤が上下動している時にも打抜
き状態を見ながら調整バルブにて刃当りの調整を
することができる。またシリンダロツドは切刃受
け鉄板の裏面に固設された押圧片に揺動自在に連
結されているので、ある油圧シリンダを駆動して
シリンダロツドを後退させて、ある箇所の切刃受
け鉄板を凹状にしたい場合にも正確に対応するこ
とができると共に、周囲の押圧片は切刃受け鉄板
の連続的な曲線に対応してシリンダロツドに対し
て傾斜して配設することができる。その為に単に
シリンダロツドの先端で切刃受け鉄板を押圧する
場合に比較して刃当りの調整を正確に行なうこと

油圧シリンダ10のシリンダロツド12は上部定
盤2に孔設された透孔13に摺動自在に配設さ
れ、このシリンダロツド12の先端には円球部1
4が配設されている。また上部定盤2の透孔13
を中心として下面に凹部15が孔設され、この凹
部15に下面が切刃受け鉄板3に固設された押圧
片16が配設され、この押圧片16の上面には球
孔部17が配設され、この球孔部17にはシリン
ダロツド12の先端に配設された円球部14が揺
動自在に嵌合されて配設されている。また平盤打
抜機の下部定盤20はクランク機構によつて周期
的に上下運動し、上部定盤2に立設された切刃6
