【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は平盤打抜機の刃当り調整装置に関す

平盤打抜機に於ては、固定された上部定盤の下
面に切刃を立設し、相対向して配設された下部定
盤が上下動を行ない、この下部定盤の上面に切刃
受け鉄板を配設し、上部定盤の切刃と下部定盤の
切刃受け鉄板との間に打抜用紙を配設して打抜き
を行なうものである。そして切刃と切刃受け鉄板
との刃当りを一様にする調整を行なう為には、従
来に於て切刃受け鉄板の下面に調整用のスペーサ
紙を挿入して、切刃受け鉄板と切刃との刃当りを
調整していた。その為に刃当りの調整に時間が係
り平盤打抜機の稼動率が向上しないと共に、刃当
りの調整に熟練を要する欠点が在存した。また刃
当りの具合は平盤打抜機の稼動中にも切刃の摩耗
等によつて変化するので、時々平盤打抜機の稼動
を停止して調整しなければならないので稼動率を
向上することができない欠点が存在した。そこで
本考案に於ては、下面に切刃が立設された固設さ
れた上部定盤と、この上部定盤の下部に配設され
上下動して切刃との間で打抜用紙を打抜く下部定
盤とを有する平盤打抜機に於て、下部定盤の上面
に配設された切刃受け鉄板と、下部定盤内部に多
数個配設された油圧シリンダと、この油圧シリン
ダの駆動によつて切刃受け鉄板下面を押上げるシ
リンダロツドと、から成ることを特徴とする平盤
打抜機の刃当り調整装置と構成したので、刃当り
の調整を必要とする箇所の油圧シリンダの調整バ
ルブを調整することによつて簡単に刃当りの調整
を行なうことができ、また平盤打抜機が稼動中で
下部定盤が上下動している時にも打抜き状態を見
ながら調整バルブにて刃当りの調整をすることが
