Fixed nets such as fence nets, playground nets, box nets, etc.
The net is permanently deployed and fixed at a predetermined location in the sea to intimidate migrating schools of fish with the net, guide them into the playground net, and then trap them by trapping them in the box net. The period for the expansion and emplacement of the earth is
It takes 2 to 3 months for salmon fixed nets, firefly squid fixed nets, etc.
As the long-term use lasts for years, as the nets are used, many silica algae, seaweeds, shellfish, etc. adhere to them, and as a result of these growing in a short period of time and clogging the nets, the nets deteriorate. This not only causes the net to be blown away and broken, but in severe cases, it can even cause the entire fixed net facility to shift or be washed away.

For this reason, at present, at least every two to three weeks, these nets are pulled out of the sea and dried on the beach, killing any attached silica, seaweed, shellfish, etc., and then being beaten to remove them. Therefore, the effort and expense involved are enormous. However, the current nets are very expensive because they are made of durable materials such as synthetic fibers, so it is difficult to use fixed nets for salmon, firefly squid, etc., whose fishing season lasts about 2 to 3 months, or general fixed nets. Even in cases where the fishing season is relatively short (about 5 to 6 months), such as those called spring nets or summer nets, it is necessary to dismantle and remove the nets, which requires much more labor and expense than laying and setting up the nets. However, the current situation is that the number of people working in fixed-site fisheries is becoming extremely old, and the labor force is extremely tight, so there are many fishing grounds where it is impossible to carry out dismantling and removal work.

In view of this situation, we have developed a net that is relatively large compared to fixed net areas, as a measure to save labor in fishing work during normal times, but also to significantly reduce the amount of work in demolition and removal work, which requires a huge amount of labor and expense. Fence netting with low netting cost considering the land area,
Furthermore, attempts have been made to significantly reduce labor and costs by replacing the material with cheaper plant fiber materials and cutting them off and dumping them into the sea at the end of the fishing season. Because deterioration varies greatly depending on various factors such as water temperature, amount of microorganisms, and tidal current speed, the safety of its use is poor even when the fishing season is relatively short, and the adhesion of silica, seaweed, and shellfish is also severe and can lead to synthesis. There are a number of inherent problems, such as a higher risk of blowing or breaking than net fabrics made of fiber materials.

The present invention was developed in view of the above circumstances, and the present invention maintains the safety of use during the fishing period in fixed nets, which have a relatively short fishing season.
To provide a net that can remove adhering silica, seaweed, or shellfish to suppress their growth and improve the quality of the net, and can also be discarded into the sea after the fishing season is over.

Below, the embodiments of the present invention will be explained in detail based on the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the raw yarn constituting the genuine product, Fig. 2 is an explanatory cross-sectional view of the same, and Fig. 3 is a partial explanatory diagram of the proposed product knitted without knots. First, a strand is created using a long vegetable fiber 1 made of palm or straw with a twisting configuration similar to that of ordinary rope twisting, and then two to four strands of the strand are twisted. By doing so, the core rope 2 is formed. The core rope 2 is impregnated with oil 3, such as grease, which is in a solidified state at room temperature. The oil and fat 3 can be impregnated by passing the twisted core ropes 2 through a heated and melted oil and fat solution, and by soaking the oil and fat 3 in a coagulated state at room temperature using long vegetable fibers 1. The core rope 2 is formed by adhering and twisting the core rope 2 while running in contact with the core rope 2, and then heat-treated at a temperature at which the oil 3 melts to diffuse and penetrate the melted oil 3 throughout the core rope 2. Yes, either case may be adopted.

The outer periphery of the core rope 2 is coated with exfoliated yarn 5, which is made by loosely twisting plant fibers 4 made of jute hemp, ramie hemp, or cotton and having a short fiber length, to form a raw yarn. 6 is formed.

This exfoliated yarn 5 is a plant fiber 4 with a short fiber length.
In order to prevent the individual fibers from becoming tightly entangled with each other,
In addition, the outer periphery of the core rope 2 is twisted to the extent that it maintains enough strength to withstand twisting and covering, and the state of twisting varies depending on the length of each fiber, such as juute hemp, ramie hemp, or cotton. Suitable twisting conditions are approximately 15 to 30 twists per meter for jute hemp and approximately 20 to 60 twists for cotton.

The core rope 2 is directly related to the strength of the net fabric to be knitted, and since it is desired to be made as strong as possible in order to maintain safety during the fishing period, the ratio to the weight of the raw thread 6 is It is desirable that the structure is made as large as possible. The other exfoliated yarn 5

The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, in which the raw yarn 6 for knitting the net fabric is made of extremely inexpensive plant fibers 1 with a long fiber length and plant fibers 4 with a short fiber length, and Since the material can be sold and destroyed in the sea, it can be cut and discarded at the end of the fishing season without having to be hauled out of the sea or hung out to dry in nets, resulting in a significant reduction in various operations and cost savings. Since the core rope 2 is impregnated with oil 3 that solidifies at room temperature, it is difficult to be washed away by currents and waves, and the water repellency of the oil 3 is maintained for a long period of time, so deterioration due to spoilage is significantly reduced. As a result, it is possible to maintain sufficient safety during the fishing season, which lasts about 5 to 6 months, even when using vegetable fiber materials.

And on the outer periphery of the yarn 6 that makes up this product,
Vegetable fiber 4 that is not impregnated with oil or fat and has a short fiber length
Since the peeled yarn 5 is twisted and coated with the peeled yarn 5 made by loosely twisting the fibers, the peeled yarn 5 deteriorates rapidly as it is used in the sea. Since it is loosely twisted, even if silica, seaweed, or shellfish adhere to it, when it is subjected to tidal current resistance or wave resistance due to its growth and enlargement, it forms exfoliation yarns 5 at the attachment part. It has many features such as the growth of deposits that are suppressed when individual fibers are pulled out or peeled off due to embrittlement and breakage of the peeled yarn 5 itself due to spoilage and sales deterioration, and the network structure is well maintained. It can be said that it is a fence with a
