莫大な労力、時間を強いられる。 By the way, fixed fishing nets are permanently deployed and set in a predetermined place in the sea for a period of 2 to 3 months or more even if the fishing season is short, and for a long period of the year if the fishing season is long. Over the course of use, spores and young larvae of diatoms, seaweeds, shellfish, etc. adhere to the netting, and these grow in a short period of time, clogging the netting and increasing water resistance, causing the netting to blow away. This may lead to accidents involving broken nets, or the entire fixed net facility may be shifted or washed away. In particular, silica, seaweed, shellfish, etc. attached to the netting must be removed as soon as possible.
As it grows, the root expansion part becomes firmly fixed and solidified, or a lime layer is formed in the implantation part, making it impossible to continue using the netting or reusing it. Even if the net is used, it loses its usability in a short time and cannot be used for a long time, so currently the net is pulled out of the sea at least every two to three weeks, dried and killed on the beach, and the deposits are removed by beating. A huge amount of effort and time is required, such as having to carry out so-called drying work.

る。 In addition, in cases where the fishing season is about 2 to 3 months, such as salmon set fishing or firefly squid fishing, or when the fishing season is about 5 to 6 months at most, which is called spring fishing or summer fishing in general set fishing nets, the fishing season is especially huge. Although labor-intensive and costly laying, erection, and dismantling work must be carried out one after another within a short period of time, this has been compounded by the fact that the number of fixed-line fishing workers has become increasingly older in recent years, and the labor force has become increasingly tight. Currently, we are faced with a situation in which it is impossible to carry out the work of setting up and tensioning cables or dismantling and removing them, and in fixed fishing, it is necessary to drastically save labor and reduce work not only for the fishing work but also for the laying, tensioning, dismantling and removal work in general. There is an urgent need to eliminate it.

在している。 Under these circumstances, in recent years, fixed nets with a relatively short fishing season have been constructed using cheaper materials such as vegetable fibers to create fence nets, which are cheaper in cost compared to the vast net area. Although attempts have been made to save and reduce costs, labor, and time by dumping waste,
Fence nets made of plant fiber materials are inexpensive, but as they rot and dissipate in the sea, they can be cut off and disposed of at sea after the fishing season has ended. There is a lot of adhesion to the fish, and when it is used in the sea, its deterioration rate varies greatly depending on the water temperature, tidal current speed, amount of microorganisms, etc., so even during a short fishing season, there is a risk to the safety of its use. There are many serious problems within the system.

To explain the invention in detail based on the drawings, Fig. 1 is an explanatory diagram of a twisted vegetable fiber yarn, Fig. 2 is an explanatory cross-sectional diagram of a netted rope, Fig. 3 is an explanatory cross-sectional diagram of a gathered netted rope, and Fig. 4 is an explanatory diagram of a cross-section of a netted rope. is a partial explanatory diagram of the present product, in which the oil 1 is a substance such as grease that is in a solidified state at room temperature, and the oil 1 is a vegetable fiber twisted yarn 2 made by twisting a vegetable fiber material. The required amount is impregnated with. Plant fibers such as linen, cotton, palm, or straw are used as the material for this vegetable fiber twisted yarn 2, but the number of twists is not too strong because it reduces the content of oil and fat 1. Therefore, it is desirable that the number of twists is preferably about 3 to 10 twists per m.

is mixed with a vegetable fiber 3 made of hemp, cotton, palm, palm, straw, etc. in a desired ratio and twisted to form a net rope 4. In this case, it is desirable to mix and twist the vegetable fiber twisted yarn 2 impregnated with the oil 1 so that the outer surface is not exposed as much as possible during the twisting and knitting operations and from the viewpoint of handling.

By applying this process, the oil and fat 1 impregnated in the vegetable fiber twist yarns 2 is melted and diffused and permeated throughout each of the net ropes 4 constituting the net fabric 7, thereby producing the product of the present invention.

安全性が十分保持されることとなる。 The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and since the netting rope 4 is formed of the vegetable fiber twisted yarns 2 and the vegetable fibers 3, the netting cost is low, and the netting can be destroyed by rotting and selling in the sea. Seabed pollution can be prevented, and at the end of the fishing season, it is possible to pull up nets from the sea, dry them, and dump them into the sea without having to go through the trouble of storing them in a warehouse, which reduces labor and costs. The effect is extremely large, and since the entire netted rope 4 is made up of the oil 1, which is in a solidified state at room temperature, which is diffused and permeated, the oil 1 can be absorbed even by currents, waves, etc.
Since the net rope 4 is less likely to be washed away and the rate of deterioration of the net rope 4 is suppressed, its safety in use is sufficiently maintained during a short fishing period of at least 5 to 6 months.

る垣網といえる。 When this product is used underwater, the water-soluble adhesive 5 of the leg net, that is, the assembled net rope 6 constituting the mesh, dissolves, and the leg net portion is made up of at least two or more net ropes, as shown in FIG. Since it is composed of ropes 4A and 4B, the net ropes 4A and
Each of the 4Bs is under tension from time to time due to currents and wave resistance.
As the net ropes 4A and 4B are loosened, they slide against each other and exfoliate attached silica, seaweed, or shellfish, so that their growth is not only significantly suppressed, but also due to the tension and relaxation of the net ropes 4A and 4B. It can be said that this is a fence net that has many features such as the increased projected area of the hook and the ability to intimidate and induce schools of fish.
