The above method is easy to apply to synthetic resin sheets with large dielectric loss, such as polyvinyl chloride and polyvinylidene chloride sheets, but in the case of nylon resin fabric sheets, which are often used as materials for bags, If a synthetic resin sheet with large dielectric loss is selected for the character sheet side, the thermal bonding may not be sufficient, and if a current is passed for a long time to achieve sufficient thermal bonding, the character sheet side will melt quickly, resulting in beautiful outlines and The drawback was that characters and patterns could not be obtained. These causes are due to the large difference in dielectric loss between the two sheets.

From this point of view, the present invention creates three-dimensional bulging letters using a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet that can perform reliable thermal bonding in a short time even between two synthetic resin sheets with a large difference in dielectric loss. The purpose is to propose a method for forming patterns.

The structure of the present invention will be described in detail below. The gist of the structure is to form an engraved part on the lower surface of the upper mold with desired characters and patterns engraved upside down, and between the upper mold and the lower mold the characters By placing the sheets on top and the fabric sheet on the bottom and gluing the outlines of the letters and patterns using high-frequency current, the internal pressure due to the thermal expansion effect of the air between the letter sheet and the fabric sheet is created by applying the high-frequency current. Due to the action, the characters on the character sheet,
In the method of forming three-dimensional bulging characters and patterns on the surface of a character sheet by expanding the pattern part into the indented part of the upper mold, heat is applied to coat the bottom surface of the character sheet or the top surface of the fabric sheet with molten resin in advance. This is a method of molding three-dimensional bulging letters and patterns using plastic synthetic resin sheets, in which the molten resin melts due to dielectric loss and heat generated between two sheets, and the two sheets are bonded together at the thermally bonded surface. It compensates for the difference in dielectric loss between sheets and ensures reliable bonding.

2 is a nylon fabric sheet, and 2 is a character sheet made of polyvinyl chloride. 3 is a polyurethane resin as a melting resin coated on the lower surface of the character sheet 2, which is the surface facing the nylon fabric 1. Note that although gravure roll coating is employed in the embodiment as this coating method, other methods may be used.
Next, in the example, the character sheet 2 side is coated with polyurethane resin, but the nylon fabric 1
The side surface may be coated. Next, as the melt-contact resin, vinyl-based resins and the like can be considered.

Figure 2 shows a method of forming two sheets having the above structure using an upper die.
The upper mold 4 is lowered to the lower mold side, the fabric sheet 1 and the character sheet 2 are pressed between the upper mold 4 and the lower mold, and a high frequency current is passed between the electrodes at each joint 6 to generate heat at this joint 6. At the same time as joining, the character sheet 2 is plastically deformed into the engraved part 5 of the upper mold by the internal pressure caused by the thermal expansion effect of the air between the dough sheet 1 and the character sheet 2, and the character sheet 2 is deformed by the fusing blade 7. The outer ring portion is cut out and the forming of the letters and patterns is completed.

As described above, in the present invention, the melted resin is interposed between the fabric sheet and the character sheet in advance, and the melted resin is melted by the heat generated between the sheets based on the dielectric loss and the dielectric loss, and this action causes the fabric sheet to This function compensates for the lack of thermal bonding due to dielectric loss between the letter sheets and character sheets, so when forming bulges of letters and patterns using two sheets with large dielectric loss differences, there is no possibility of poor bonding at the joint. No problem arises. Therefore, according to the present invention, even for bags made of nylon fabric with less dielectric loss than the character sheet side, the thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet can be used to create a three-dimensional and beautiful bulge with high adhesive strength. Characters and patterns can be formed. Furthermore, since the molding time (discharge time) can be shortened, work efficiency is also improved.
