- 洗浄槽に入れた洗浄液をヒータで加熱するとと
もに、金属材を前記洗浄槽の洗浄液に浸漬させて
洗浄を行なう装置において、前記洗浄槽の側部お
よび上部に、内部に冷却流体を流通させるパネル
形の冷却ケースを設けてなる金属材洗浄装置。
