徴とするデシケータ。 (2) 冷却手段がデシケータ底部に設けられた冷
却媒体の収容槽と、該槽内の冷却媒体の冷熱を中
板に伝達するヒートパイプであることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のデシケ
ータ。
