PURPOSE:A bathing agent which is simply soluble in warm water, shows digesting action on stain of protein and can keep long-term activity of protease, obtained by blending glycerin as a main component with protease and an organic acid anhydride, etc., as an enzyme stabilizer. CONSTITUTION:Glycerin as a main component is blended with protease and an organic acid anhydride, inorganic acid anhydride, inorganic salt or a mixture thereof as an enzyme stabilizer. A protease derived from Bacillus subtilis is used as the protease and the amount of it used is 0.1-1.2g in 100ml bathing agent. Citric anhydride as the organic anhydride, silicic anhydride as the inorganic anhydride and anhydrous borax as the anhydrous inorganic salt may be cited as the enzyme stabilizer.

ところ、酵素安定性が飛躍的に向上し、40℃、75%
(湿度)の条件で2力月間はほぼ安定に酵素活性かたも
