Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency by starting from the first process in which wall materials and partition wall materials are not mounted and advancing to the third process so as to facilitate to carry in equipments onto a deck material, when installing the equipments on the deck material. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 4, a duct 5 and an electric passage 6 are temporarily fixed at the specified position, where a partition wall material 10 is removed from its mounting position, on a deck material 1 where plate connecting of steel plates 2 and mounting of a beam 3 are completed, by using a pipe support, a duct mounting bracket and an electric passage mounting bracket as the first process. Next as the second process, a wall material 7 and a partition wall material 10 where through holes 11 are opened are mounted on the specified position by means of the automatic welding. Further as the third process, the connecting pipes 4 of equipments are inserted into through holes 11 in steel walls to complete the equipments line.

Furthermore, as a third step, the pipe line is connected to the pipe 4, which is loosely attached to the pipe support 13, as shown in FIG.
Insert the connecting pipe 12 from the through hole 11 between the pipes 4 and 4, and then insert the fitting pipe and fix the pipes 4 and 4 together with the bolts. After the duct 14 has been extrapolated onto one of the ducts 5 and the partition wall material 10 has been installed on the deck material 1, the connecting duct 14 is pulled out and the through hole 11 is inserted, as shown in FIG. It is fitted onto the other duct 5, both ends of the connecting duct 140 are made airtight with seals 19, and the connecting duct mounting bracket 15 is welded to fix it on the deck material 1.
As shown in the figure, the electric wire 20 passes through the through hole 11 from above one electric line 17 and is supported by passing over the other electric line 17.
