The ultrasonic irradiation part of the strip-shaped packaging material 2 receives a cleaning action generally referred to as the brushing effect of ultrasonic waves, and removes microorganisms that adhere to irregularities of several tens of microns on the surface of this kind of strip-shaped packaging material 2. It also allows for efficient separation. Furthermore, when ultrasonic waves with a frequency of 20 KHz or more are irradiated into the ozone aqueous solution using the M-sound irradiation device 4, numerous high-pressure and depressurized parts are generated in the aqueous solution, and microbubbles are repeatedly generated and ruptured, resulting in cold boiling. Not only does this improve the brushing effect by causing the so-called cavitation phenomenon, but also the ozone dissolved in the aqueous solution is re-separated as a gas in the cavity siding area, and the M1 loaf irradiation area of the band-shaped packaging material 2 is Strongly sterilized.

Furthermore, the water stream that is injected from the ozonated water injection device 5, sprayed onto the ultrasonic irradiation part of the strip-shaped packaging material 2, and sucked into the ozonated water suction device 6 causes the microorganisms attached to the strip-shaped packaging material 2 to be blown away into the separated water stream. separated from the ozone aqueous solution tank 1,
This prevents iwl-removed microorganisms from re-adhering to the strip-shaped packaging material 2.

In the figure, l is an ozone aqueous solution tank, and this ozone aqueous solution phase l contains an aqueous solution having an ozone concentration of at least 1 ppm or more. The aqueous solution to be stored in the ozone aqueous solution phase 1 is prepared by producing an ozone aqueous solution with a predetermined concentration and injecting it into the ozone aqueous solution tank 1. The ozone concentration at 91 may be maintained at all times, and the aqueous solution in the ozone aqueous solution tank 1 may be passed from one end of the ozone aqueous solution tank 1 to an ozone water generator 9 or another ozone water generator to be described later. Alternatively, the ozone water may be circulated from the ozone water injection device 5 to the other end of the ozone water solution tank 1 through the ozone water solution tank 1 and sucked into the ozone water suction device 6 via the ozone water generation device 9. Then, the ozone concentration in the ozone aqueous solution M1 may be made to naturally become 1 ppm by circulating the ozone aqueous solution injected from the ozone water injection device 5 again. 2
A passage 3 is formed through which the water passes continuously. In this embodiment, this passage 3 includes guide rolls 3a, 3b, 3c,
..., while sequentially unwinding the roll body 2'' of the band-shaped packaging material 2 placed outside one end of the ozone aqueous solution tank l, the unwinding tip is guided by guide rolls 3a, 3b, 3c, etc. After passing through the ozone aqueous solution tank 1, it is sent from the other end of the ozone aqueous solution tank 1 to a box making process (not shown).

Further, in the ozone aqueous solution tank 1, there is arranged an ultrasonic irradiation device 4 that irradiates ultrasonic waves at a frequency of 20 KHz or higher toward the sterilization surface of the L-shaped packaging material 2. Usually, the ultrasonic waves used for cleaning machine parts etc. are 10 to 40 KHz, but in the case of relatively soft band-shaped packaging material 2, the ultrasonic waves are 20 KHz.
It was discovered that high frequencies of Hz or higher, that is, Mi sound waves with short wavelengths, are effective for cleaning. It was also found that ultrasonic waves of about 50 KHz can instantly detach RISA-attached organisms.

Furthermore, the band-shaped packaging material 2 is contained in the ozone aqueous solution Ngl.
An ozonated water injection device 5 that injects ozonated water toward the ultrasonic irradiation part of the unit, and ozone water that is injected and bounced off the surface of the strip packaging material 2 into an ozone aqueous solution N! 1 and an ozone water suction device 6 for suctioning the water. The ozone water injection device 5 is connected to the discharge port of the ozone water generator 9, and the ozone water suction device 6 generates ozone water through a pump 7 and a filter 8 arranged outside the ozone aqueous solution tank 1. It is connected to the inlet L1 of the device 9.

Although the configuration of the ozone water generator 9 is not necessarily clearly shown in the diagram, the ozone source (ozone generator) and the ozone supplied from the ozone source are brought into contact with the ozone aqueous solution circulating from the ozone water suction device 6. It has an ozone dissolving tank section which makes the ozone water injector 5 eject, so that the ozone concentration of the ozone aqueous solution ejected from the ozone water injection device 5 is always kept at a predetermined level.

In particular, the ultrasonic wave irradiation part in the ozone aqueous solution is known as ultra FF, and in addition to the wave brushing effect, cavity stains 1
It is expected that ozone will be excited by the sterilization phenomenon, and furthermore, gas phase ozone, which has high bactericidal power and is very complicated to handle, can be obtained locally at the area where the capacitor is generated, allowing safe and strong bactericidal power to be obtained. It is something that can be done.
