Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve dehydration efficiency by providing planetary rollers revolving in circumscription with a sun roller and making the revolving direction of the planetary rollers to coincide with the traveling direction of filter cloth belts. CONSTITUTION:The sun roller 13 and the planetary rollers 14 are freely rotatably provided to supporting members 17. The outside peripheral gear parts of the members 17 are engaged with pinion gears 20 driven by variable speed motors. The members 17 are rotated by a chain wheel 18 and the gears 20. The planetary rollers 14 revolve around the sun roller 13. Sludge 1 is pressurized and dehydrated by press rollers 8 and while the sludge is held sandwiched by the filter cloth belts 3, 4, the sludge travels on the outside of the rollers 14 and receives shearing force by the rollers 14. The revolving speed of the rollers 14 and the traveling speed of the belts 3, 4 are in the same direction and are freely adjustable. The backward movement of the water in the sludge 1 is, therefore, prevented and the bleeding of the sludge is prevented. The dehydration efficiency is improved by the above-mentioned method.

いて、前記遊星ローラを公転させ、該公転方向を前記が
布ベルトの走行方向と同一として運転することを特徴と
するlη泥肌脱水装置運転方法を提供するものである。
