The effective hyhydration is therefore performed by increasing and decreasing the shearing times by the roller 14 with the movement of the contact part of the roller 14 and belt 3, 4 by the relative speed caused by the difference in the revolution speed V1 of the planet roller 14 and the traveling speed V2 of the belt 3, 4.
