An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the attached illustrative drawings. In Figs. 1 and 2, 1 shows a device that automatically travels along a fixed route determined on the floor and automatically stops at a fixed place. This is a conventionally well-known self-driving vehicle for towing a conveyor trolley. For example, a pick-up coil on the vehicle side detects the induced magnetic field generated in a guide line buried under the floor, and the steering is performed using this detection signal. An electromagnetic induction system, in which a vehicle automatically travels along the guide line by controlling a servo motor, and various other systems are known. 2 is the autonomous vehicle 1
It is a transport vehicle towed by a transport vehicle, and is equipped with a knuckle-type steering wheel 3 at the center of the front end, and caster wheels 4 on both the left and right outer sides of the rear. Reference numeral 5 denotes a pair of left and right inclined footboards, which have front ends 5a as shown in FIG.
At a slightly more rearward position, it is supported by the cart 2 on a horizontal horizontal shaft 6 so as to be able to swing up and down, and normally the rear end 5b contacts the floor surface due to its own weight and is tilted upward in the front direction. 7 is a stopper that limits the lowering of the front end 5a of the inclined footboard 5. Reference numeral 8 denotes a wheel drop support portion formed adjacent to the front of the front end 5a of the inclined footboard 5, and at the bottom thereof, the front end is pivotally supported by a horizontal horizontal shaft 9, and the rear end is supported on a stopper 10. , a wheel push-up plate 11 that slopes upward in the front is provided. 12 is a cylinder unit for moving the wheel push-up plate 11 upward.

To explain how to use it, self-driving vehicle 1
The completed automobile 13 is automatically stopped at the loading station at the beginning of the conveyance path, and the completed automobile 13 is placed onto the inclined footboard 5 whose rear end 5b is in contact with the floor surface, as shown by the imaginary line in FIG.
The automobile 13 is driven so as to cause the front wheels 14 of the vehicle to run over the vehicle. Then, with the front wheel 14 depressed into the wheel depression support part 8 as shown by the solid line in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2, it is in a free state so that it can roll freely on the floor. In this state, the front end 5a of the inclined footboard 5 is pushed down by the front wheel 14 and supported by the stopper 7, and the rear end 5b is floating above the floor surface. In such a state, by starting the automated vehicle 1 and causing it to automatically travel along the transport route, the automobile 13 whose front wheels 14 are supported on the trolley 2 is towed by the automated vehicle 1 together with the trolley 2, and along the transport route. It is transported along the

When the automatic vehicle 1 reaches the unloading station at the end of the transport route and automatically stops, the vehicle 13
When the driver gets on the vehicle and applies the brakes to at least the rear wheels 15, the cylinder unit 12 moves the wheel lifting plate 11 upward, and the front wheels 14
After making it possible to roll it from the push-up board 11 onto the inclined footboard 5, the vehicle 13 is started backward and lowered onto the floor.

According to the device of the present invention as in the above embodiments, only the front wheels of the finished automobile are supported and pulled during transportation within the factory, so the transportation vehicle can be small and the load is small. It has a simple structure and can be implemented at low cost. In addition, when the car is loaded, the front wheels fall into the wheel drop support and are supported, so there is no need for special work to lock the front wheels on the trolley. Moreover, when the car is unloaded, the front wheels are supported by the wheel push-up plate. Because it can be pushed up and rolled smoothly backwards, it makes loading and unloading of cars more efficient.
And it can be done safely.
