There are cyclone collectors and bag filter devices as devices for collecting air-transported powder, but the former has advantages such as being simple, having low equipment costs, and not requiring much space for installation. On the other hand, the collection of powder is not perfect, and the powder gets mixed into the exhaust gas and flows out, which has the disadvantage of deteriorating the working environment in the vicinity. On the other hand, the latter bag filter device has the great advantage of perfectly capturing powder and ensuring a sanitary working environment, but it requires high equipment and maintenance costs, and requires a large installation space. It also has drawbacks.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, dust collectors that are simple and have a relatively high powder collection rate have become popular. The dust collector is
A conical dust separation plate 58 with openings at both ends 56 and 57 is disposed inside the dust storage box 54, and a dust separating plate 58 is fixedly installed at the upper end 59 of the dust storage box 54 to separate the air-transported dust. The dust storage box 5 corresponds to the dust separator 58 that collides with the dust separator 58.
A dust inlet 60 is opened in 4, a dust inlet pipe 61 is connected to the dust inlet 60, a support shaft 63 is installed upright on an arm 62 suspended from the inner wall of the upper end 59 of the dust storage box 54, and The upper surface of the bag-shaped filter cloth 65 is placed on the attached ring ring 64, the lower end of the filter cloth 65 is fastened to the outside of the upper end 59 of the dust storage box 54, and the inside of the filter cloth 65 is kept free of dust and air. Due to the configuration of the separation chamber 66, the dust that is air-transported by the exhaust fan is blown into the dust storage box 54 from the dust inflow tube 61, and the dust that has collided with the dust separation plate 58 and decelerated is transferred into the dust storage box 54. The exhaust air that is separated from the dust flows into the separation chamber 66 from the side end 56 of the dust separation plate 58, and the dust mixed in the exhaust air is collected by the filter cloth 65 and cleaned. The air is discharged to the outside of the filter cloth 65, but in this dust collector, the discharged air is separated from the side end 56 of the dust separator 58 via the dust storage box 54. Since the airflow is caused to flow out into the chamber 66, the wind speed inside the dust storage box 54 is increased to guide the once settled dust to the separation chamber 66, thereby increasing the amount of dust collected by the filter cloth 65 and preventing clogging. Because it is not equipped with a filter cloth 65 due to dust adhesion.
Since the dust obstructs the air permeability of the filter cloth 65, it is difficult to frequently brush off the dust that adheres to the filter cloth 65.

In addition, there is a restriction that the speed of the exhaust air flowing through the filter cloth 65 from inside the separation chamber 66 is 5 to 6 cm/sec, or less.
The area of the bag-like filter cloth 65 provided above the dust storage box 54 needs to be large enough to correspond to the amount of air blown into the dust storage box 54, and the location for the filter cloth 65 is also secured separately from the dust storage box 54. was necessary.

The feature of this embodiment is that the cyclone collector 10
Since the entire structure is built into the dust collector 16, the dust collector 1
The installation area of 7 has been significantly reduced, eliminating restrictions on the installation location, and the cyclone collector 10 attenuates the flow velocity of the powder and allows it to flow out from the outlet 8 into the dust collector 16, making it possible to reduce the flow rate of the powder slightly. Since the powder mixed in the exhaust gas flowing out from the dust collector 17 is collected by the filter cloth 11 of the dust collector 17, the amount of powder adhering to the filter cloth 11 as clean air is vented is small. In addition, the dust collection device is operated continuously and automatically, without the need for manual labor to shake off the powder adhering to the filter cloth 11, and by utilizing the exhaust air. The collection efficiency of the vessel 17 can be maintained at a good level for a long time.

The effect of the above embodiment is that the rotating shaft 45 rotates together with the impeller 44 due to the exhaust velocity flowing out from the ventilation tube 9, and the rotation of the rotating shaft 45 causes the connecting rod 4 equipped with the cam 43, 43 to rotate.
6.46 moves up and down, and due to the up and down movement of the connecting rod 46.46, the upper cover 40 unstablely vibrates slightly up and down, vibrating the filter cloth 11, and the vibration shakes the powder attached to the filter cloth 11. This is to prevent clogging.

With the above configuration, the operating rods 51 protruding from the blades 19 of the blade vehicle body 2o, which rotate with the operation of the electric motor 21, intermittently touch the lower end surface 49A of the upper cover support rod 49. Due to this engagement, the upper cover support rod 49 rotates about the fulcrum shaft 48, and as the blade wheel body 20 rotates, the working rods 51... and the lower end surface 49A of the upper cover support rod 49 engage with each other. The joint separates, and the reaction causes the upper lid support rod 49 to vibrate from side to side about the fulcrum shaft 48, vibrating the filter cloth 11 attached to the upper lid 16, and shaking off the powder adhering to the filter cloth due to the vibration. Restores aeration.

Effects of the Invention As explained above (according to the present invention, the cyclone collector separates the powder transported by air from the air, the powder flows out to the dust collector, and the powder mixed in the exhaust gas is collected by the dust collector). The clean air is collected by the filter cloth of the dust collector, and the clean air is discharged outside the dust collector.
A cyclone collector is built into the dust collector so that the collected powder joins the powder flowing out from the cyclone collector, ensuring the collection of powder and making the surrounding workplace sanitary and dust-free. The work environment can be improved, and the clogging prevention device installed in the dust collector can brush off the powder that has clogged the filter cloth, eliminating the trouble of cleaning it off and reducing filtration performance due to powder clogging. This has the advantage of simplifying the device, reducing manufacturing costs, and reducing the installation area.
