- 被加工物を保持する手段と、研摩液を供給する
手段と、高速回転し前記研摩液を供給されつつ前
記被加工物を微小量浮上させて研摩加工する研摩
盤とを備える研摩装置において、前記被加工物を
前記研摩盤の研摩面と平行な少なくとも一方向に
揺動させる手段を備えることを特徴とする研摩装
置。
