Figure 2 shows the schematic configuration of the cleaning machine used in the pouring method, in which (1) is the cleaning tank, (2) is the nuclide (1), and the liquid stored in the storage section (1a) at the bottom. The solvent (3) is an electric heater located in the storage part (1a) and heats the solvent (2), (0 is the upper steam chamber (0) in the cleaning tank (1) from the entrance (5) by a conveying device (not shown). The objects to be cleaned, such as metal products, are carried into the storage area (la).
The liquid solvent (2) inside is vaporized by being heated by the electric heater (3), and is condensed on the surface of the low-temperature object to be cleaned (4) fed into the steam chamber (1b). It dissolves oil and dirt adhering to the surface, drips and returns to the reservoir (1a). The washed object (4) is carried out of the machine from the carrying out port (6) by the carrying device. In addition, (7) is a temperature sensor that is located in the storage part (1a) and detects the temperature of the liquid solvent (2). As the concentration of filth and waste gradually increases, the boiling point of the solvent (2) increases accordingly, so the temperature of the solvent (2) is detected by the sensor (7) and based on the detection signal. The determination device CB) is configured to determine whether or not the liquid solvent (2) needs to be replaced. In addition, (9) is the cleaning tank (1
) This is a water-cooled cooling vibrator for recovering steam that is to be dissipated to the outside into various types (1).

However, in the conventional method described above, steam is generated by constantly supplying heat from the electric heater (3) that exceeds the amount of heat required to layer the liquid solvent (2), resulting in extremely low power consumption. There is a problem that the size is large.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a temperature control method for a vapor cleaning machine according to the present invention is a vapor cleaning machine in which a liquid solvent in a cleaning tank is heated and vaporized by a heater, and the vapor is used to degrease and clean the object to be cleaned. In this method, the amount of heat supplied to the liquid solvent by the heater is controlled based on a detection signal from a temperature sensor that is provided in a steam chamber above the cleaning tank and detects the temperature of steam.

(Function) In other words, when the temperature of the steam in the steam chamber rises above a predetermined value, the heat supply from the heater to the liquid solvent is automatically stopped or reduced by a signal from the temperature sensor that detects this. When the steam temperature falls below a predetermined value, the heat supply is automatically restarted or increased.

An embodiment of the apparatus used in the method of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. In addition, in the figure, the same reference numerals are used for the parts having the same configuration as those of the apparatus according to the conventional method shown in FIG. 2, and the explanation thereof will be omitted.

That is, in the device of this embodiment, a temperature sensor (lO) such as a thermistor that detects the temperature of steam and converts it into an electric signal is arranged in the upper steam chamber (1b) in the cleaning tank (1), and an electric heater is installed. (3) and a power supply (12) to a control device (11) to which a detection signal from the temperature sensor (10) is input.
), and the control device (11) has a temperature range set and stored in advance as a reference for ON-OFF control of energization to the electric heater (3). When the temperature of the steam detected by the sensor (10) exceeds the upper limit of the temperature range, the OFF operation is performed, and when the temperature is below the lower limit, the ON operation is performed.

In addition, if the concentration of oil or dirt in the liquid solvent (2) becomes higher than a predetermined limit by repeatedly degreasing the object to be cleaned (4), the solvent (2) must be replaced. However, whether or not this replacement is necessary is determined by another temperature sensor (7) placed in the reservoir (la) that detects the temperature of the liquid solvent (2) and determines whether or not this replacement is necessary. ), the determination is made based on whether the detected temperature exceeds a reference temperature calculated based on the normal boiling point of the liquid solvent (2).

As is clear from the above description, the present invention provides a vapor cleaning machine in which heat supply from a heater for heating and vaporizing a liquid solvent is converted into a detection signal from a temperature sensor that electrically detects the temperature of vapor. Since it is configured to automatically control the system, it is possible to significantly reduce energy consumption such as electric power, and since a constant amount of steam is always obtained, stable cleaning power can be ensured. It has a great effect.
