後端開口に尾栓を圧入嵌着するとともに、尾栓前
方に突起に内筒の後端の固着孔を、キヤツプ本体
の先端開口縁と内筒の係止爪との距離が所定値に
なるまで嵌入して圧着固定したことを特徴とす

り、突起2bが固着孔3b内に嵌入して圧着固定
されている。一方、筆記具本体の先口5の前端に
は環状突起6が設けられ、また先口5と軸筒7と
の境界には段部8が設けられており、キヤツプを
装着する際は、係止爪3aが環状突起6を乗り越
えてこれに係合するが、これと同時にキヤツプ本
体1の先端開口縁1aが段部8に衝当するよう
に、突起2bの固着孔3b内への嵌入量が定めら
れており、治具を用いて正確な位置まで嵌入され

置まで容易に、かつ正確に嵌入でき、更に、螺合
と異つて使用中にゆるむことがないので、キヤツ
プと筆記具本体との間に隙間が生じたり、衝当音
が発生しなくなるなどの不具合を解消することが
