加工を施さなければならず、そのネジ切り加工は
精度が要求されて非常に面倒で、かつ加工費が嵩
み、しかも尾冠取付時には外筒に尾冠をネジ込ま
なければならず、そのネジ込み作業に手数がかか
るという問題点があつた。
また、ノツク操作で間歇的に回転してレフイー
ルを前進・後退させる回転カム機構を備えた従来
の筆記具にあつては、尾冠の軸長が上述のように
非常に短いため、その尾冠とは別に前記回転カム
機構を設けなければならず、それらの取付作業が
一層面倒になるという問題点があつた。
この考案は上記問題点を解決するためになされ
たもので、外筒の後端側内部に後方から尾冠を挿
入するだけのワンタツチ操作で、その尾冠を安定
性よく簡単かつ確実に取付けることができ、しか
もその尾冠と一緒に回転カム機構を取付セツトす
ることが可能なノツク式筆記具の尾冠取付構造を
提供することを目的とする。

図において、1はボールペンの外筒であり、そ
の先端には先具2がネジ込み手段によつて着脱可
能に取付けられている。
外筒1内にはレフイール3が軸方向へ摺動可能
に挿入されている。
レフイール3は、その先端寄りの外周面に一体
形成された突片3aと先具2内の段部2aとの間
に介在されたスプリング等の弾性体4によつて後
退方向に付勢されている。
また、外筒1の内周面には、その周方向の一定
間隔毎に軸方向に沿つて複数のガイドリブ5(第
4図参照)が一体形成されている。
かかる外筒1の後端部には尾冠6が設けられて
いる。
この尾冠6はクリツプ7を一体に有し、その尾
冠6の前端には継手筒部8が同軸上に一体連結さ
れている。
そして、前記継手筒部8は外筒1内に後方から
挿入されてその外筒1内に係止手段9で係止され
るようになつている。
この係止手段9は、この実施例では、例えば第
2図および第3図に拡大示したように継手筒部8
の外周面に突設され、前端側が内径方向に向つて
漸次傾斜するテーパ爪状に形成された係止片で形
成されている。
そして、尾冠6を外筒1の後端から圧入するこ
とによつて、この係止手段9が外筒1の内周面の
ガイドリブ5を第5図示のように押潰し、かつこ
のガイドリブ5に形成される。
ここで、係止手段9は上述のように所定のテー
パ状に形成されているので、ガイドリブ5の押潰
形成がスムーズかつ確実に行える。尚、係止手段
9は上述の係止片に限定されることなく、外筒1
の内周面に係止できれば如何なる手段であつても
よい。
また、継手筒部8内にはレフイール3をノツク
操作により前進・後退させるための回転カム機構
10が取付収納されている。
回転カム機構10は、第2図に示すように継手
筒部8内に収納されてレフイール3の後端側が嵌
込み連結される筒状の回転カム11と、尾冠6の
軸孔に軸方向へ摺動可能に挿入されて前端が前記
回転カム11の後端に連動され且つ後端側が尾冠
6の後側外方に演出するノツク棒14とからなつ
ている。
回転カム11は、外周面に軸方向に沿つて設け
られたガイドリブ11a(第2図参照)と、後端
面に形成されたカム面11bとを有している。
前記ガイドリブ11aは、継手筒部8の内周面
に形成されたカム溝12,13(第3図,第4図
参照)の軸方向へ摺動自在に嵌込み係合されてノ
ツク棒14の前進位置で前記カム溝12,13か
ら外れるようになつている。従つて、前記継手筒
部8は回転カム機構10のカバーを兼ねている。
一方、ノツク棒14の前端にはカム面14aが
形成され、この前端カム面14aは前記回転カム
11の後端カム面11bに係脱可能に噛合されて
いる。
かかる回転カム機構10は、ノツク棒14の一
段階ノツク時に回転カム11が軸方向に前進され
てその前進位置でガイドリブ11aが上述のよう
にカム溝12,13から外れると、レフイール3
の後退付勢力で回転カム11が後退し、この後退
時には回転カム11の後端カム面11bがノツク
棒14の前端カム面14aにガイドされて回転カ
ム11が回転し、前記カム面11b,14a相互
が噛合することによりレフイール3がノツク前進
位置に保持され、かつ二段階ノツク時に前記回転
カム11が前進および後退して前記カム面11
b,14a相互の噛合位置がレフイール3格納位
置に変わるようになつている。
前記ノツク棒14の後端部にはノツクキヤツプ
15が被嵌されている。
つぎに、上記実施例の組立および動作について
説明する。
まず、組立ての際、弾性体4およびレフイール
3が挿入された外筒1の後端側内部にその後方か
ら尾冠6の継手筒部8を挿入することにより、こ
の継手筒部8内の回転カム11内にレフイール3
の後端側が挿入されると共に、継手筒部8の係止
手段9がガイドリブ5を第5図示のように押潰係
止し、尾冠6が外筒1の後端に嵌合される。これ
によつて、ボールペンの組立が終了する。
このボールペンの使用時においては、レフイー
ル3の格納状態からノツクキヤツプ15をノツク
すると、ノツク棒14を介して回転カム機構10
が上述のように作動させられることによりレフイ
ール3が前進位置に保持された使用状態となる。
この状態から更にノツクすると、前記回転カム
機構10の動作によりレフイール3が格納され
る。
第6図は他の実施例に係るシヤープペンシルの
断面図である。この実施例では、外筒1内に軸方
向へ摺動可能に挿入されたレフイール(芯パイ
プ)3の先端に芯繰出機構16を配置している。
芯繰出機構16は、レフイール3の先端に連結
されたリードチヤツク17と、このリードチヤツ
ク17を締付けるチヤツク締付リング18と、レ
フイール3を後退方向に付勢する弾性体4とを備
えた構成になつている。
また、レフイール3の後端側は尾冠6の軸孔を
貫通しており、そのレフイール3の後端には芯補
給用のキヤツプを兼ねた消しゴムホルダ19が着
脱可能に挿着され、この消しゴムホルダ19には
その消しゴム20を覆うキヤツプ15が被嵌され
ている。
この実施例における尾冠6およびその取付構造
は前実施例の場合と同様である。
なお、係止手段9はネジ込み手段であつてもよ
い。
