Abstract

PURPOSE:To quickly perform the whole of the Kana (Japanese syllabary)-Kanji(Chinese character) conversion processing by using a dictionary for grammatical processing constituted from a word dictionary in an external storage device to write clauses divisionally at a high speed and using this word dictionary only for conversion to Kanji character strings. CONSTITUTION:When a Kana-Kanji converter 7 is started, a dictionary 11 for grammatical processing is generated from a word dictionary 12 by a grammatical processing dictionary generating part 8.
