Abstract

PURPOSE:To execute working by only one piece of vibrator, and to enable changing it with other die by converting an ultrasonic vibration which has been generated by the vibrator, to a radial direction vibration which vibrates by expanding and contracting to a concentric circle shape in the working surface, and executing deep drawing. CONSTITUTION:A vibration of a vibrator for executing a reciprocating motion in a unified axial direction is transferred to a cone 7, and a die bar part 2'-a of a vibration die 2' is also vibrated in the axial direction in the same way. スには同心円状に拡大収縮振動が起こるので、ついで前
記しわ押えを油圧プレス等で加圧して前記素板を押えな
がらポンチ4を上昇させると、該素板に深絞り加工が施
されるものである。

収縮して振動する半径方向振動に変換させながら、該ダ
イスおよびしわ押え間に挿設した素板に深絞り加工を施
工させるようにしてなるものである。

動ダイス2′ の前記ダイス棒部に連結ボルト8を介し
て振動を該振動ダイスに伝達するコーン7を結合させる
とともに、該コーンには超音波発生装置9に接続して一
元的軸方向往復運動をする超音波振動をさせられる振動
子6を装着させる。さらに1前記振動ダイスにはその間
に素板5を挿設して超音波振動を付加しながら深絞り加
工を施すためのポンチ4を上昇させられるしわ押え1を
対設させる。また、前記超音波発生装置には油圧ポンプ
10の圧油を送停する電磁弁11を制御する制御ユニッ
ト12を接続させ、該ユニットを経由して前記しわ押え
を加圧するととも罠前記ポンチを上昇させる油圧プレス
に圧油を送停するようにする。さらに、前記しわ押えお
よびボン°チには記録計16を装備しである荷重計14
を付設させる。なお、15は超音波発生装置9の電源で
ある。
