精製されたトリプシン(細菌僅少> 8.351’を、
グリセリン(欧州薬局分) 9.4 g、および精製水
(欧州薬局分) 107.5 gからなる混合物に溶か
し、引き続き0.22μm孔径を有する膜フィルターを
通して無菌濾過する。次いで、無菌条件下で、セルロー
ス海綿状布(厚さ2.5mm。

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1、皮膚に関する疾病および皮膚から影響されうる疾病
を局所的に治療するための多糖類を主体とする創傷被覆
材において、該被覆剤が治療作用のある酵素を含有する
海綿状の多糖類調製物からなることを特徴とする多糖類
を主体とする創傷被覆材。 2、治療作用のある酵素を含有する海綿状のセルロース
製造物からなる特許請求の範囲第1項記載の創傷被覆材
。 3、海綿状の酵素担体がセルロースの乾燥質量に対して
、水1500〜3000重量%の吸収力を有する特許請
求の範囲第1項または第2項記載の創傷被覆材。 4、酵素としてプロテアーゼを含有する特許請求の範囲
第1項から第3項までのいずれか1項記載の創傷被覆材
。 5、酵素としてリボヌクレアーゼまたは/およびデオキ
シリボヌクレアーゼを含有する特 許請求の範囲第1項から第3項までのいずれか1項記載
の創傷被覆材。 6、付加的に治療的作用物質を含有する特許請求の範囲
第1項から第5項までのいずれか1項記載の創傷被覆材
。 7、酵素ヒアルロニダーゼが、有利に治療的作用物質と
の組み合わせて添加されている特許請求の範囲第1項か
ら第3項までのいずれか1項記載の創傷被覆材。
