BACKGROUND ART A conventional example will be explained with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7. Reference numeral 1 denotes a refrigerator main body, which is composed of an outer box 2, an inner box 3, and a foamed heat insulating material 4 filled between these two boxes.A removable partition wall 6.6 separates the upper freezing compartment 7, the middle part from the freezing compartment and the like. A chamber 8 that can be switched to a refrigerating room (hereinafter referred to as a switching room) is partitioned into a refrigerating room 9 at the bottom.

is provided. Reference numeral 12 denotes a defrosting water receiver disposed below the cooler 10, and the defrosting water from the cooler 1o is drained from a drain port 13 extending from the rear lower surface of the partition wall 6. Reference numeral 14 is a dew receiving device attached to the inner box 3, and the top surface thereof is open. Also,
One end of a drain pipe 16 buried within the heat insulating material 4 extends to a dew pan 16 provided at the bottom of the refrigerator body 1. The dew receiver 14 is connected to a drain pipe 16 by inserting its tip end therein. Furthermore, when inserting and fixing the partition wall 6 equipped with the drain port 13 into the refrigerator main body, an appropriate gap H must be provided in the vertical direction to prevent it from hitting the drain receiver 14, as shown in FIG. Ta.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, with such a configuration, if there is a large difference in atmospheric pressure, outside air from outside the refrigerator will easily enter the drain pipe, causing water droplets to form on the lower surface of the cooled partition wall, and causing water to leak into the freezer compartment. When switched, there was a possibility that the water droplets on the lower surface of the partition wall would freeze due to the temperature difference, making it impossible to drain the defrosting water.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a guide portion having a flange integral with a partition wall that covers a drain port for defrosting water, and a drain pipe passing through the insulation material of the refrigerator body. One end of this drain pipe is inserted into the opening on the inside of the refrigerator, and the entire circumference is sealed with polystyrene foam, and the drain is drained through a connecting pipe that is covered with an outer frame having an outward flange that is inserted into and connected to the flange of the guide section and the abutment section. It is configured as a route.

EXAMPLE An example of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. Components that are the same as those in the prior art are designated by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. In the figure, the defrosting water from the cooler 10 stored in the lower part of the freezing compartment 7 is drained from the defrosting water receiver 12 to the switching compartment 8 side through the drain port 13. Defrost water receiver 1
2 and the drain 13 are installed in the insulation material 17 on the back side of the switching room of the partition wall 6, which is constructed with insulation materials 17 and 17a interposed between the top wall 5' on the switching room side and the bottom wall 6'' on the freezer compartment side. It is buried in
A guide portion 6 that is integral with the ceiling wall 6' and has an inward flange 6c.
It is composed of d. 15a is embedded in the back wall of the refrigerator, and engages the flange surface 15b with the opening periphery of the inner box 3a,
This is a drain pipe whose opening is perpendicular to the drain port 13 and whose other end is led to an evaporating tray 16 provided in the machine room of the refrigerator. 18 is a connecting pipe having a part 18a and a sealing material 19 made of a heat insulating foam provided on the opposing surface of the opening periphery of the drain pipe 15a. The entire circumference of this connecting pipe is covered with heat insulating materials 20a and 20b made of polystyrene foam, and on the outside thereof, it is fixed with an outer frame 21 having a U-shaped outward flange at the top, and the top is made of heat insulating foam. Seal material 22
It has been established that

Furthermore, ribs 18b for rectifying defrosting water are provided on the inner surface of the connecting pipe. In this structure, the outward flange 21a of the outer frame that fixes the communication pipe 18 is inserted into the guide portion 6d having an inward flange of the partition wall 6C under pressure, and is fixed to the partition wall by the claws 21b of the outer frame.

Therefore, the partition wall 6d and the sealing material 22 attached to the upper part of the communication pipe 18 are in a pressure-sealed state. On the other hand, a sealing material 19 facing the opening side of the drain pipe 15a is used to press and seal the periphery of the opening flange 16b that contacts the back wall 3a of the inner box 3 on the switching chamber 8 side, thereby forming a series of drainage devices. . Therefore, the defrosting water flows through the drain port 13, the communication pipe 18, and the drain pipe 15a. Therefore, outside air does not enter into the storage compartment, and cold air does not enter the switching compartment through the drain port.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention provides a drainage path in which a drain port, a connecting pipe, and a drain pipe are connected, and the connecting pipe is insulated with polystyrene foam and fixed to the drain port by pressure on the outer frame, so that the insulating form is achieved. Since the drain pipe side is sealed with a sealing material made of heat-insulating foam material installed on the connecting pipe, outside air and cold air from the drain outlet will not enter the inside of the switching room. There are no quality problems such as dew condensation, and by using a separate connecting pipe as the drainage route, the sealing performance of the drain pipe part of the inner box is also ensured. Furthermore, even when used as a freezing room, the drain pipe has a heat insulating structure with a heat insulating material, which has extremely high practical effects and prevents functional failures such as freezing.
