Conventionally, in this type of refrigerator, water generated by melting frost adhering to the surface of the cooler inside the refrigerator, that is, defrost water, is guided outside the refrigerator, particularly into the evaporation tray, and discharged. The structure uses a drain pipe installed from the inside to the outside through a generous hole in the bottom plate of the outer box made of a metal plate such as a steel plate, and the drain pipe is sealed with a seal called soft tape etc. The drain pipe is held and sealed by a member to prevent leakage of the heat insulating material, and the distal end of the drain pipe protrudes relatively largely from the bottom plate of the outer box to improve draining.

However, as mentioned above, conventional methods that require a separate sealing material to hold the drain pipe and provide the necessary sealing have the problem of increasing parts costs and assembly man-hours, resulting in high costs. There is a point,
On the other hand, the tip of the drain pipe protrudes relatively largely from the bottom plate of the outer box, although this is intended to improve drainage, so the space for placing the evaporating dish is also large, taking this into consideration. There was even a problem that it led to larger size.

The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to hold the tip of the drain pipe through the bottom plate of the outer box and to insert the same without the need for a separate sealing material. To provide a drainage device for a refrigerator, which can seal a portion of the refrigerator, secure good drainage performance without protruding the tip of the drain pipe from the bottom plate of an outer box, and prevent the overall size from increasing.

[Summary of the invention] In addition to forming the bottom plate of the outer box from plastic, the present invention has a hole through which the tip of the drain pipe passes, and a part around this hole that is in close contact with the stepped portion of the tip of the drain pipe. a pedestal part that is in surface contact with the pedestal part, and an inner part of the pedestal part that makes point or line contact with the distal end of the drain pipe and holds the distal end part of the drain pipe in a state separated from the inner surface of the hole; All of the retaining protrusions are integrally molded on the bottom plate of the outer box, thereby eliminating the need for separate parts for holding and sealing the tip of the drain pipe, as well as for draining water from the tip of the drain pipe. It is characterized in that the protrusion is not particularly necessary to ensure the properties.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. First, in FIG. A cooler 4 is installed around the freezer compartment 2, a cooler 5 is installed in the upper part of the refrigerator compartment 3, and doors 6 and 7 are installed in the front, respectively. Reference numeral 8 denotes a drain pipe, which is made of plastic, for example, and has one end connected to a water receiver 10 disposed below the cooler 5 through a water passage 9. Specifically, the other end is connected to the refrigerator box 1 as shown in FIG.
outside the refrigerator through the bottom plate 12 of the outer box 11, which is the outer shell of the
In particular, it faces the inside of the evaporation container 15 disposed above the compressor 14 in the machine room 13. Here, the outer box bottom plate 12 is also made of plastic in detail, and has a hole 16 in its upper part, as shown in FIG. and holding protrusions 1 located on the inner part thereof and protruding inward from several locations, for example.
8 and the distal end of the drain pipe 8 is passed from above into the pedestal part 1.
At step 7, the step 8a at the tip of the drain pipe 8 is brought into close surface contact with the flat upper surface of the drain pipe 8, and at the holding protrusion 18, the tip of the drain pipe 8 is brought into point contact with the flat upper surface of the hole 16. It has a structure in which it is held in a state where it is spaced apart from the inner surface by a gap g. In particular, in the case of this embodiment, the tip of the drain pipe 8 is prevented from protruding downward from the outer case bottom plate 12, and the dimension from the upper lower surface of the outer case bottom plate 12 to the holding protrusion 18 is the same as that of the drain pipe 8. and the width of the gap g between the tip of the hole 16 and the inner surface of the hole 16, and the peripheral wall of the hole 16 and the pedestal 1.
An annular groove 19 opening downward is formed between the peripheral wall portion 7 and the peripheral wall portion 7 .

Now, in the case of this embodiment configured as described above, defrosted water falling from the cooler 5 or from the cooler 4 through the water passage 9 is received by the water receiver 10, and then flows through the drain pipe 8 into the evaporation container 15. It is collected in the evaporation vessel 15 and is successively evaporated by the surrounding heat, particularly the heat received from the compressor 14. In this embodiment, the tip of the drain pipe 8 through which the defrosted water evaporated is passed through a hole 16 integrally formed in the bottom plate 12 of the outer box made of plastic.
And since it is held by the holding protrusion 18 integrally molded on the outer box bottom plate 12,
There is no need for separate parts to hold it, as in the past, and the cost of the parts and assembly effort can be saved, resulting in lower product costs. Moreover, in this case, the holding protrusion 18 is attached to the drain pipe 8.
This holds the tip of the drain pipe 8 in a point contact state, and the resistance when the drain pipe 8 tip is inserted is extremely smaller than that of a surface contact. Therefore, the inner diameter of the holding protrusion 18 is Even if the outer diameter of the distal end of the drain pipe 8 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the holding protrusion 18, or conversely, even if the outer diameter of the distal end of the drain pipe 8 is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the holding protrusion 18, it is possible to insert it, that is, the dimensional error can be absorbed. Dimension management can therefore be made easier. On the other hand, the insertion part is sealed by the pedestal part 17 that is in close surface contact with the stepped part 8a at the tip of the drain pipe 8. In this case, the pedestal part 17 is also sealed by the outer box bottom plate 1. Therefore, there is no need for separate parts for the seal, which can contribute to lower product costs as described above. Furthermore, regarding the holding of the distal end of the drain pipe 8 by the holding protrusion 18 described above, the distal end of the drain pipe 8 is held in a state separated from the inner surface of the hole 16, and the gap g between the two allows drainage. Because of this, there is no need for the tip of the drain pipe 8 to protrude downward from the bottom plate 12 of the outer box as in the conventional case, and there is therefore no need to increase the size of the machine room 13, etc., which is the space where the evaporation container 15 is placed. It is possible to secure a wide area and prevent the overall size from increasing.

Note that the holding protrusions 18 are not limited to those scattered at several places inside the pedestal part 17 as described above, but are continuous in a ring shape all around the pedestal part 17, and are in line contact with the tip of the drain pipe 8. The same effects as described above can be obtained even if the

In addition, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the drawings, and can be implemented with appropriate changes, particularly in the specific structure of the entire refrigerator, etc., without departing from the gist.

As is clear from the above, the present invention relates to a drainage device for a refrigerator in which defrosted water drawn out from inside the refrigerator is discharged to the outside of the refrigerator through the bottom plate of the outer box using a drain pipe, and the bottom plate of the outer box is made of plastic. a hole through which the distal end of the drain pipe passes;
A pedestal part that is in close surface contact with the stepped part of the distal end of the drain pipe around the hole, and a point or line contact with the distal end of the drain pipe that is inward of the pedestal part. and a holding protrusion for holding the distal end of the drain pipe in a state separated from the inner surface of the hole, all of which are integrally molded on the bottom plate of the outer box, and are therefore separate parts. It is possible to hold the tip of the drain pipe through the bottom plate of the outer box and seal the insertion part without the need for special parts such as sealing material.
Moreover, without having the tip of the drain pipe protrude from the bottom plate of the outer box, good drainage can be ensured, preventing the overall size from increasing, and it is also easier to manage the dimensions of the structure through which the tip of the drain pipe is inserted. , which has various excellent effects.
