(Prior art and its problems) Conventionally, snow removal from road surfaces, etc. was done by blowing the snow to other places using a rotary snowplow vehicle, which was a simple means of moving the snow. For this reason, there is a concern that in areas with heavy snowfall, there will be no place to dispose of snow, making it impossible to remove snow.

For example, as a roof snow melting device, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-2975
As is known from Publication No. 2, a system is known in which warm air is introduced into the attic, the remaining heat is used to melt snow on the roof, and the melted snow water is quickly drained without freezing.

By the way, in such a snow melting device, since the snow melting water is discharged into a sewer or the like, heat cannot be recovered, that is, waste heat is generated. Further, a method of sprinkling ground water as a roof snow melting device is well known, but even in such a sprinkling method, there is a problem that the snow melting water is discharged into a sewer or the like, so the heat cannot be reused.

(Means for Solving the Problems and Their Effects) The present invention includes a liquid tank inside the combustion chamber, a passage for introducing snow, ice, water, etc. into the upper part of one side of the liquid tank, and A drainage passage is connected to the lower part of the other side, and an exhaust passage is connected to the upper part of the combustion chamber. Hot water from melted snow is discharged from the drainage passage, while steam is discharged to the outside through the exhaust passage. Ru.

Further, a drain port 8 is formed in the lower part of the other side of the liquid tank 2, and a drain channel 9 lower than the upper part 5 is provided upright in the drain port 8. That is, the drain path 9 forms a space 10 above the liquid PI 2.

Furthermore, a plurality of burners 11 are provided below the bottom 3 of the liquid tank 2, and a pipe 12 is rotatably installed in the liquid tank 2 in communication with the combustion chamber 1. This pipe 12 is equipped with a stirring blade 13.

Then, liquid such as water stored in the liquid tank 2 in advance is put into the burner 11.

A portion of the crystals introduced into the liquid such as water becomes gas rather than crystals, that is, sublimes, and is exhausted from the input channel 7. On the other hand, the crystals remaining in the liquid tank 2 melt while floating or sinking. At this time, in the liquid tank 2, the snow is stirred by the rotating stirring blade 13, and the liquid such as water is heated by the exhaust gas passing through the pipe 12. Furthermore, the liquid tank 2 is pressurized by the generation of steam, which lowers the melting point of the lightning conductor crystal, allowing the crystal to melt even at temperatures below 0°C. Furthermore, the hot water discharged from the drain passage 9 is reused for snow melting or heating.

As described above, the liquid tank 2 is installed inside the combustion chamber 1, and the lower part of the upper part of one side of the liquid tank 2 is provided for charging snow, etc., and the drain passage 9 is connected to the lower part of the other side of the liquid tank 2. It can be melted by liquid such as water. In other words, liquid sludge has a larger heat storage capacity than gas, so it generates a large amount of heat of fusion, and its physical properties are stable, so it can melt a large amount of snow reliably and quickly. Furthermore, since the liquid tank 2 is pressurized by steam, the melting temperature of the crystals can be lowered, allowing efficient melting.

Further, by arranging the input passage 7 inside the exhaust passage 6, the exhaust heat can be applied to the snow immediately after input, and the snow can be melted immediately after input, thereby improving thermal efficiency.

A pipe 1 that further rotates into the liquid tank 2 and communicates with the combustion chamber 1
2 and a stirring blade 13 on this pipe 12, it is possible to uniformly mix the liquid such as water in the liquid tank 2, and to send crystals such as snow to the back side one by one, efficiently. Can be melted. Moreover, when it is placed on a truck T or the like, it can also have a wave-proofing effect.
