Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thaw snow after snow is accumulated to a certain level at low maintenance cost and high snow thawing efficiency without requiring high installation cost or causing freezing by connecting a boiler generating steam with a snow thawing pipe in which steam flows and having a large number of steam jetting holes in the outer circumference. SOLUTION: One end of a joining pipe 5 is connected with a boiler 6 for steam generation and the other end is branched and the branched both ends are connected with both sides of a snow-thawing pipe 3 in the roof 2. Opening and closing valves 7 are opening and closing valves of steam to be installed in the joining pipe 5 and one is installed in the base part and the other is installed in the branched joining pipe 5. The steam generated by operation of the boiler 6 flows in the snow-thawing pipe 3 from the joining pipe 5 by opening the opening and closing valves 7 and jetted out of jetting holes 5 of the snow-thawing pipe 3 to the roof 2. As a result, even at the time of being out of use, freezing of the snow-thawing apparatus is prevented and without requiring installation of a circulation pump, the apparatus is operated when snow is accumulated to a certain level, the apparatus is installed at low cost and driven at low running cost and high snow-thawing efficiency.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Especially in heavy snow areas, roof snow removal is a problem. There is no place for roof snow removal in places where houses are densely packed. Instead, they have to hire a married woman. In addition, falling roof snow often causes falls and injuries and deaths, and the roof snow is neglected and houses collapse. And the snow that has been dropped must be discarded, but when heavy snow falls, the snow dumps are limited and the company is struggling.

Therefore, conventionally, snow melting pipes are arranged on a roof and hot water is circulated by a pump to melt snow. However, there is a disadvantage that when the hot water cools, it freezes. In addition, during the circulation of hot water, the temperature of the hot water differs between a portion near the heater of the snow melting pipe and a portion far from the heater, and the snow does not melt uniformly. In addition, when water is installed on the roof and water is sprinkled, the water freezes when not in use, and water must be sprinkled even on temporary, unstacked snow. Contains water and the weight increases, and the house may collapse,
In the end, it is necessary to sprinkle water even during snowfall, which is not sure whether it will pile up. Therefore, both of them must always be operated regardless of day and night, and the maintenance cost increases. In addition, equipment with heaters requires high equipment costs, and also has a snow melting effect in which only the contact part with the heater melts snow, and if the space between the heater and snow part becomes hollow, heat will not be transmitted, so it will not be possible to operate after stacking. The maintenance cost is also high because it must be activated before stacking. Such a problem occurs not only on a roof but also in a parking lot or the like.

In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a snow melting apparatus which can melt snow after a certain amount of snow accumulates, has high snow melting efficiency, is inexpensive to install, has low maintenance costs, and does not freeze. Things.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention relates to a snow melting pipe in which steam flows inside and a large number of steam injection holes are formed in the outer peripheral surface, and is connected to the snow melting pipe. A boiler for generating steam is provided.

In the present invention having the above structure, the steam generated in the boiler flows through the snow-melting pipe from the boiler, is injected to the outside from the injection hole of the snow-melting pipe, and melts the snow by the steam. It is very efficient because it scatters over a wide area, and there is no danger of freezing when not in use due to steam. Further, according to the steam, a temperature difference of the steam does not occur between the base end and the tip of the snow melting pipe, so that the snow can be uniformly melted.

Then, due to the slope of the roof, the snow accumulated on the roof above the snow melting pipe melts with the injected steam and flows downward, and the snow accumulated on the roof below the snow melting pipe is mixed with the injected steam. It is melted by snow melt from above.

According to the present invention, the snow on the upper surface of the roof is melted by steam instead of being filled with hot water or water in a snow melting pipe as in the prior art, so that it does not freeze even when not in use. Therefore, the apparatus can be operated after a certain amount of snow has accumulated, and in the case of a temporary snowfall in which it is not known whether or not the snow is accumulated, the apparatus does not need to be used. Also, when the apparatus is not used, the inside of the snow melting pipe does not freeze even when the outside air is cold, and it functions reliably when necessary. In addition, since steam is injected from the injection hole of the snow-melting pipe vigorously, it scatters widely and there is no difference in steam temperature between the base and rear ends of the snow-melting pipe, resulting in uniform snow melting and efficient snow melting Becomes In addition, since hot water and water are not used as in the past, the installation of a circulation pump is unnecessary,
Equipment costs are also low. Thus, the use of the device of the present invention eliminates the accident of falling down in the snow, and provides a great economic effect with simple installation work and low fuel consumption. The device of the present invention can naturally be installed not only on a roof but also in a parking lot or the like.
