Conventionally, various snow removal vehicles such as bulldozers, V-lever cars, motor graders, and rotary snow removal vehicles have been mainly used to ensure one-way traffic in winter storage areas. Snow removal by civil engineering machinery simply removes snow on the road surface and moves it to the road, but does not completely eliminate the snow itself, so in urban areas, once removed snow is removed further. It is necessary to load the waste onto a truck and dump it into a river, the sea, or a suitable open space. For this reason, snow melting devices with heating wires buried in the road surface and lightning extinguishing devices with rows of lightning extinguishing nostles that spray well water have started to be installed on roads in city centers with heavy traffic, but the former Snow melting equipment that uses electric heating wires consumes a very large amount of power, so it can only be installed in very small areas. Most of the lightning extinguishing devices are of the latter type.

However, the latter type of lightning extinguisher requires a large pump to draw up a large amount of well water and constantly supply it to each nozzle from the water supply pipe, so the water in the well's moat I! Not only does it require a large amount of construction costs, but unless the area is rich in groundwater, there is a risk that the water level in wells in surrounding areas may drop significantly or the water source for wells may dry up. It cannot be easily implemented without careful consideration.

Therefore, the inventor of the present invention came up with the idea of using river water instead of well water as a heat medium for lightning extinguishing, and after conducting various research over many years, developed a water pipe that supplies river water to the lightning extinguishing nozzle. In addition to burying it at a depth where it is less affected by outside temperature,
They discovered that if the water pipes were made to have good endothermic properties (thermal conductivity), they could use geothermal energy to supply river water to the lightning extinguishing nozzle at a much higher temperature than when the water was used. Focusing on this, we have been able to eliminate river water, which has traditionally been thought to be unusable due to its low water temperature! ) was successfully utilized.

Hereinafter, the actual aspects of the lightning extinguishing method according to the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. A large number of lightning extinguishing nozzles (2) are arranged at equal intervals along the center line of 1φ, and water is ejected radially from each nozzle (2) to melt lightning on the road surface (1 →), unlike conventional extinguishers. Although it is basically the same as a lightning device, in the case of the present invention, the water supplied to the lightning extinguishing nozzle (2) does not use well water pumped up from underground, but uses river water taken from nearby rivers and irrigation canals. In addition, the main pipe (4) for feeding the river water from the water intake port (3) to each lightning extinguishing nozzle (2) has good heat absorption properties (thermal conductivity). It is made of metal pipes, and when laid underground, it is installed at a depth that is less affected by outside temperature (H) (
It varies somewhat depending on the weather conditions of the snowy region, but in Honshu it is at least 903) and J! ! ! There is a water intake (3
) to the main water pipe (4), the river water is heated by geothermal energy and sent to the watering area, and the river water, whose temperature is higher than the water temperature at the time of water intake, is transferred to the main pipe (4). (4) through a number of branches (i) that separate vertically from the scissor branch (S).
Water is sprayed from each lightning extinguishing nozzle (2) provided at the tip of the lightning, melting lightning on the road surface (lα) and flowing it into the gutter, completely extinguishing lightning that obstructs traffic.

In this case, the total amount of thermal energy that can be used to extinguish lightning is equivalent to water temperature x water volume, so for example, if the temperature of well water is 8℃,
Assuming that the temperature of river water is 4 degrees Celsius, if it is possible to raise the temperature of river water underground by approximately 2 degrees Celsius, then by simply increasing the amount of river water sprayed from the lightning extinguishing nozzle by 1.5 times, The amount of energy exceeds the amount of energy consumed when using well water.

Furthermore, Figures 2 and 3 show modified examples of water pipes used in the method of the present invention. (4) If a fin (4/l) as shown in FIG. 2 or 3 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the fin, the heat absorption efficiency underground can be further increased.

As described above, if the method of the present invention is used to extinguish snow accumulated on roads, etc., it will be possible to extinguish lightning very efficiently using abundant river water. Not only is there no need to spend a large amount of money to dig and connect wells, but there is also no risk of the water level in the wells in the surrounding area dropping or the water source of the wells drying up due to the installation of a lightning extinguishing device, and it is possible to pump up large amounts of water from the wells. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of pollution caused by pollution. In addition, with the method of the present invention, unlike when using well water, scale does not adhere to the inner wall of the water pipe, maintenance of the water pipe is easy, the service life is long, and the equipment cost of the entire lightning extinguisher is low. Together, they will greatly help secure road traffic in areas with heavy winter snowfall.
