In the field of medical devices, technological development has recently progressed, and treatment and diagnostic devices have become larger and more automated, but on the other hand, the risk of collisions with patients or other objects due to equipment malfunction has emerged. . In particular, among medical treatment devices, an electron applicator used for high-energy electron beam therapy is attached to the main body of the treatment device, and the other end is used for irradiation on the patient's body surface or during intraoperative irradiation. Conventional sensors, such as the one shown in Figure 6, have become meaningless because they are inserted into the open human body for treatment.Figure 8 shows an electron sensor equipped with a conventional sensor. This is the applicator. Not only the electron applicator but also the detectors for preventing collisions with patients and objects are generally configured like this.
is a sensor. A limit switch is placed between the spring (6) and 111, and as shown in Figure 7, the spring (7), limit switch (8), cam (9)
are placed around it. Such a device has the disadvantage that it functions for displacements in the directions of arrows IJLI and fbl, as shown in FIG. 6, but does not respond to rotations such as in the (0) direction or the 111+ direction. Irradiation field limiting mechanism (4)
If the device malfunctions and rotates in the direction (a), the collision prevention device will not function and the patient will be injured. Furthermore, when used by inserting it into the human body, there are drawbacks such as the collision prevention device functions due to the insertion, an interlock is activated, and the device cannot be used as a treatment device.

There is also a method of using a contact sensor that works by contact instead of the sensor (6) and spring ()), limit switch (81, and cam (910) shown in Figures 6 and 7. For the same reason, it cannot be used for devices that come into contact with the body surface or for devices that are inserted into the body.

As mentioned above, are there direct sensors for devices that are used in contact with the surface of the human body or inserted into the body? If it is installed, it will actually interfere with the function of the medical device itself, and in the conventional method, the collision prevention function works only against displacement in a certain direction (in the direction of C1 or +dl) , it had the disadvantage of not working.

The collision prevention device according to the present invention is capable of setting contacts in any direction and position, and is also capable of irradiating auxiliary devices that are used in contact with, inserted into, or close to any patient's body surface. A field-limiting mechanism is installed in the main body of a treatment device, and a flexible pipe or the like is interposed so that the direction and position can be changed freely, and a welder (pressure sensor, etc.) is installed at the tip of the flexible pipe.

The collision prevention device according to the present invention is designed to prevent collisions with objects f11! I
It consists of an n-sensing contact and a flexible support device such as a flexible pipe whose position can be changed freely. This allows the contact to be placed close to the surface and position of the patient's thoughts, etc., regardless of the shape of the accessory or the site of use, and to prevent any movement from occurring with the patient or object. The position can be set to prevent collisions.

In other words, if the treatment table (31) is moved upward due to some operational problem or equipment malfunction, or if the main body (6)
As shown in Fig. 4, even if the collimator moves in the direction of the arrow te+ + <f, or the collimator rotates simultaneously in the + (11) direction, detection is possible with these two contact devices. By placing the flexible support part [101] near the thinking body surface and at least one on the lateral body surface of the patient, the armature part (If)' can be attached to the arrow tdl as shown in Fig. 2 rc. The contactor (
11) comes into contact with the body surface and senses abnormalities. Furthermore, in the case of treatment devices, the applicator 111 is often inserted into the body or inserted into an open human body part during surgery, such as during intraoperative irradiation. However, there was an inconvenience that the applicator with a contact sensor attached to it could not be used. Furthermore, the conventional device could not detect the displacement of the rotation tdl. In this device, the above-mentioned problem is solved by providing several clamping parts (other than the applicator).

Particularly in recent years, the safety of devices has become important, and as mentioned above, it is important only for medical devices that are used for patients. Safety must be ensured even in the event of machine abnormalities, malfunctions, or erroneous operations. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, by providing a touch sensing device that can freely change multiple setting positions, It can be used regardless of the shape of the applicator or the applicator for use in body cavities, and can operate in any direction of displacement, improving the safety of the treatment device. Furthermore, if this device is placed on the irradiation device side, for example on the irradiation field limiting mechanism side, there is no need to attach a safety device to each applicator as in the past, and the cost of the entire system becomes cheaper. .
