対向部に複数の挿通孔を設け、これらの挿通孔に
夫々プローブピンを昇降自在に挿通保持させたプ
ローブピン装置において、前記ボトムボードは互
いに上下に重合分離可能な第１ボトムボードと第
２ボトムボードとから構成し、第１ボトムボード
の挿通孔には上部に狭隘部を形成し、これに相対
向する第２ボトムボードの挿通孔には下部に狭隘
部を形成すると共に、前記プローブピンは、スル
ーホール対応プローブピンと小ピツチ対応プロー
ブピンとから成り、スルーホール対応プローブピ
ンは前記トツプボード側から前記挿通孔へ挿入可
能とし、かつボトムボードの上方位置に大径部を
設けて下方に抜け止めし、前記ピツチ対応プロー
ブピンは、前記第１ボトムボードと第２ボトムボ
ードの挿通孔の上下狭隘部間に位置してこれら狭
隘部を通過不可能な鍔を設けたことを特徴とする
