に用紙支え案内板を設けてあるのが普通である。 A rotary mimeograph machine sequentially sets a screen and a base paper having holes corresponding to the original onto a rotating cylinder from the cylinder side, and applies ink from the inside through the screen and the base paper through the cylinder. The printing paper supplied from the paper feed section is printed on the paper between the press roller and the base paper by close contact with the press roller disposed below the cylinder, and then the printed paper is discharged and stacked. In order to eject the paper from the place where the base paper on the cylinder and the press roller are in close contact with each other, there are places near the frames on both sides of the machine above the paper immediately after it is ejected to prevent the printed paper from rolling up due to ink adhesion. Usually, a stripping claw is provided with a gap such that it almost touches the base paper, and if necessary, a paper support guide plate is provided below the stripping claw, in parallel with the press roller.

処置を採用することができなかつたのである。 In addition, most printing machines and copying machines are equipped with a paper ejection device, and the guide device is generally provided with an oblique or arch-shaped guide plate facing the direction in which the printed or copied paper travels. . However, in these guide devices, a plate with a constant slope is simply supported horizontally, or the tip of the guide plate forms an edge on a cross section with respect to the traveling direction of the copied paper. When the paper reaches the guide plate, it simply jumps, and although the leading edge of the paper may fly a little farther depending on the speed, the paper itself remains flat, so it can be quickly removed. The disadvantages were that the sheets would hang downward and bunch up on the sheet receiving tray, and that the sheets could not be stacked neatly on the sheet tray due to friction between the sheets after landing. Furthermore, in the oblique or arched paper ejection guide plate as described above,
Since the printed paper is curved like a mountain when viewed from the direction of travel, it is possible to position a combination body with a push-down part below the stripping claw part at a location approximately in the center of the width of the printed paper. However, the above-mentioned measures could not be taken because the press-down portion would seriously damage the printed image on the paper.

ある。 The present invention locates the above-mentioned push-down part in a location corresponding to the approximate center of the width of printed paper, and takes advantage of its characteristics to create a new member, that is, a new member provided below the push-down part on both sides. The upper surface of the paper support guide plate (path guide section) is inclined inward and downward, and the pinch guide section, which is connected in the direction of travel of the printed paper along this inclined surface, is centered at the center of the leading edge of the printed paper. In order to form a V-shaped flexure with a large depth downward, there is an inclined surface that rises in a way that separates outward, and a continuous section on the upper surface of the path guide part that expands further outward than the direction of this inclined surface. In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, by providing a member having cutout edges facing each other with the base point at It is an object of the present invention to provide a paper ejecting device for a rotary mimeograph printing machine that can stack sheets in an orderly manner.

この動作を繰返すのである。 Now, an example of the implementation of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.A cylinder 1, whose surface is coated with ink from an ink tube and a kneading roller (not shown), is rotatably mounted on a frame 3 of a machine body 2. The cylinder 1 is fixed to a supported shaft 4 and rotates in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 1 either manually or electrically by a power transmission device (not shown). A screen 5 is wound and fixed around the outer periphery of the cylinder 1 by connecting stoppers 6 fixed to the upper and lower ends of the screen 5, respectively, and holes are provided on the outer periphery of the screen 5 to match the original. The raw paper 7 is set on the stopper 6 and rotates together with the screen 5 as the cylinder 1 rotates. Below the cylinder 1, a press roller 9 is rotatably supported by a press roller shaft 8 supported by a movable arm (not shown), and the press roller 9 is arranged so that it can be brought into close contact with the base paper 7. When the press roller 9 moves up and down in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 1 and comes into close contact with the base paper 7, it rotates together with the base paper 7 in the direction of the arrow in FIG. A movable shaft 10 rotatably supported by a frame 3 is provided on the front surface of the cylinder 1 in the rotational direction, and one end of the movable shaft 10 that is penetrated through the frame 3 has a roller 1 at the tip.
A pulley 13 is fixed to one end of the shaft 4 of the cylinder 1 that is passed through the frame 3, and a pulley 15 that interlocks with the pulley 13 via a belt 14 is fixed to the arm 12. The pulley 1 is pivoted near the
A cam 16 for rotating the roller 11 is fixed to the cam 5, and the rotation of the pulley 15 causes the roller 11 to rotate along the outer periphery of the cam 16, and at a predetermined position of the cam 16, the arm 12 is rotated in the opposite direction. The movable shaft 10 is configured to rotate in the opposite direction accordingly. Then, the printing paper 17 supplied from the paper feed section is connected to the base paper 7 and the press roller 9.
Printed paper 1 that has been pressed and printed
Since the printed paper 17' is in close contact with the base paper 7, a peeling claw portion 18 for peeling off the printed paper 17' from the base paper 7 is provided at one end of the lower surface. A push-down portion 19 which is pressed from the center of the top surface to bend the printed paper 17' in a V-shape is provided at the other end of the bottom surface to form a substantially triangular stripping claw and push-down member 20; The top of the push-down portion 20 is fixed to the center of the movable shaft 10, and the stripping claw portion 18 is positioned above the push-down portion 19, with a gap sufficient to allow the stripping claw portion 18 to contact the base paper 7. position. The rotation of the cylinder 1 causes the pulley 13 and the belt 14 to
The pulley 15 rotates through the cam 16, and the cam 16 rotates accordingly, and the peeling claw part 18, which is positioned with a gap large enough to touch the base paper 7, can print 171 sheets of printing paper. Because it hits the stopper 6 that makes one revolution in the cycle,
In order to avoid this, the arm 12 is rotated in the opposite direction by the cam 16 just before the stopper 6 is about to contact the stripping claw part 18, and the movable shaft 10 interlocked with the arm 12 is rotated. By rotating in the opposite direction, the stripping claw part 18 is moved to a position away from the base paper 7 to prevent the stopper 6 from coming into contact with the stripping claw part 18, and after the stopper 6 portion has passed, the arm 12 is returned to its original position. Then, the stripping claw portion 18 is again positioned with a gap large enough to touch the base paper 7, and this operation is repeated every time printing is performed.

The stripping claw part 18 of the stripping claw/pressing part 20 is designed to ensure that the printed paper 17' is peeled off from the base paper 7, and the push-down part 19 is designed to prevent the characters and images printed on the printing paper 17 from getting dirty. It is recommended to form a pointed protrusion. Moreover, although the above-mentioned stripping claw/push-down portion 20 has a substantially triangular shape and the stripping claw portion 18 and the push-down portion 19 are integrally formed, they may be formed separately.

The printed paper 17' that has been inserted between the press roller 9, which is rotating in close contact with the base paper 7, and which has finished printing remains in close contact with the base paper 7.
As shown in FIG. Just before the sheet is to be loaded, the arm 12 is rotated in the opposite direction by the cam 16, and the movable shaft 10 interlocked with the arm 12 is also rotated in the opposite direction, thereby moving the stripping claw/pushing part 20 in the paper ejection direction. The arm 12 is moved to the side so that it does not come into contact with the stopper 6, and the arm 12 is moved to the side after the stopper 6 has passed.
When the stripping claw 18 is returned to its original position and is positioned with a gap sufficient to touch the base paper 7, the stripping claw 18 comes into contact with the end surface of the printed paper 17' as shown in FIG. 6b. , the printed paper 17' is peeled off from the base paper 7, and then, as shown in FIG. Guided by the push-down section 19, the central portion of the leading edge of the printed sheet 17' is pushed down by the push-down section 19, and the path guide section 2 is inclined inward of the guide wing members 25, 25'.

る。 As shown in FIG. 6d, when the printed paper 17' approaches the pair of inclined surfaces 29, 29', both sides of the leading edge of the paper gradually separate outward on the inclined surfaces 29, 29'. At the same time as being rolled up,
In the cross section with respect to the traveling direction of the printed paper 17', approximately the center of the paper width of the printed paper 17' is pressed down by the push-down part 19, so that the V gradually decreases.
Then, as shown in FIG.
When passing through 0.30', a V-shaped deflection is formed at an even greater depth. And finally,
As shown in FIG. 6f, the printed paper 17' is placed on the paper ejection tray 26 until the rear end of the printed paper 17' passes through the pair of cutout edges 30, 30'.
It is released without almost losing its flying shape while being supported by the notch edges 30, 30', and without the pressing part 19 and the printed image on the paper coming into contact with each other. They are guided by a pair of side guides 27, and their progress is stopped by a stop plate 28, at which point they are stacked in an orderly manner.

ある。 As described above, the present invention provides a stripping claw/pushing member 20 in which a movable shaft 10 is provided on the front surface in the rotational direction of the cylinder 1, and a stripping claw portion 18 and a push-down portion 19 are provided in the center of the movable shaft 10. is fixed with the stripping claw part 18 above the push-down part 19, and a holding shaft 21 is fixed below the stripping claw/push-down part 20, and path guide parts 22, In a rotary type mimeographing machine in which guide wing members 25, 25' having guide wing members 22' are fixed, the path guide portions 22,
The upper surface of the paper 22' is inclined inwardly downward, and the pinch guide portions 23, 23', which are connected along this inclined surface in the traveling direction of the printed paper 17', hold the center portion of the leading edge of the printed paper 17'. Slopes 29 and 29' that rise in a separate manner to the outside in order to form a V-shaped deflection with a large depth downward from the center, and the slopes 2
The cutout edges 30, 3 are widened further outward than the directions of the path guide portions 22, 29', and are opposed to each other with the connecting portion on the upper surface of the path guide portions 22, 22′ as a base point.
0', the printed paper 17' peeled off from the base paper 7 by the peeling claw part 18 is moved to the push-down part 19.
When it passes through the path guide parts 22, 22', it bends into a curved shape, and when it reaches the slopes 29, 29' of the pair of pinch guide parts 23, 23', those slopes 29 , 29', both sides of the leading edge of the paper are gradually rolled up so as to separate outward, and the pressed part 19 pushes the printed paper 1
The printed paper 17' is gradually bent into a V-shape in the cross section with respect to the traveling direction of the paper 7', and the printed paper 17' is further bent at the cutout edge 30 of the pair of pinch guides 23, 23'. , 30', a V-shaped deflection is formed at an even greater depth,
Since the printed paper 17' is ejected to the paper ejection tray 26 in almost the same flying shape, the leading edge of the printed paper 17' immediately hangs downward, causing it to curl up on the paper ejection tray 26 and causing friction between the sheets. The printed sheets 17' can be stacked in a predetermined place in an extremely orderly manner without being stacked in an orderly manner, and damage to the printed image caused by the push-down portion 19 is almost completely avoided. There are great benefits to this, such as being able to do things.
