Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable discharged sheets to be dropped onto a tray and properly accumulated in order, by a method wherein a sheet discharge guide plate, protruding in a cutting-into manner from below between rollers, is disposed under a feed roller. CONSTITUTION:A feed roller 10 is located in a sheet discharge part for a sensitized paper 4, and a sheet discharge guide plate 11 is disposed below the feed roller 10. The sheet discharge plate 11 has a number of comb-toothed projections 11a which are aligned at given intervals, and each projection 11a is protruded upward and is situated so that the projection slightly cuts into between the rollers of the feed roller 10. The corner part of the upper end of the front edge of each projection 11a is controlled so that is forms a sheet discharge port 13 of both the guide plate 11 and the roller 10, and a front edge 11b is formed so as to have a given height from the rear end surface of a sheet tray 8 and a given angle. The height is set so properly that a head between the sheet tray and the top of the front edge is not so high, and an angle is set so properly that, immediately after the rear end of the sheet comes out of the sheet discharge port 13, it can smoothly drop naturally in a perpendicularly downward direction.

As shown in Figure 6, in the conventional device shown in Figure 6, it is not possible to feed the trailing edge of the copy paper from the contact point A of the upper and lower rollers, and therefore the paper tray does not feed the copy paper on the metal side. If there is a large amount of resistance against it, it may not fall from point A and remain on the outer periphery of the lower feeding roller, or it may curl upward to the rear end and ride on the upper feeding roller), or it may become entangled. This had the disadvantage of causing paper jams.

For this reason, in order to increase the scratch resistance against the copy paper and ensure reliable feeding, a pair of rollers arranged in a crow-like pattern with a slight biting in between the paper sheets is widely used. but,
Just extending it slightly from point A to X will not reach point B, and because there is a lower feed roller and a paper receiver below it, the drop C becomes large, and as a result, the copy paper curls in a concave shape. Since the trailing edge of the copy paper is not attracted to the lower feed roller, the copy paper is often not ejected.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention addresses these conventional drawbacks.
Even if the rear end of the ejected paper is pushed out, it falls naturally the moment it passes the paper ejection outlet, so that the paper tray can be stacked one after another on the table.

Other objectives are to simplify the mechanism by eliminating the lower feeding frame, and to reduce the height difference between the paper ejection outlet and the paper tray to prevent the ejected paper from curling in a concave manner. The purpose is to prevent damage and dirt on the rear end caused by forcibly pushing out the rear end.

Accordingly, in the present invention, in a device in which paper such as original paper, photosensitive paper, etc. is fed onto a table by a feeding device, a paper tray in a paper discharge section is configured to feed paper such as original drawing paper, photosensitive paper, etc. onto a table. A paper discharge guide plate is provided on the lower side with comb-shaped protrusions projecting upward in parallel, and the upper corner of the front edge of the protrusions of this paper discharge guide plate is connected to the outer periphery of the roller so as to serve as a paper discharge outlet. The protruding stripes of the paper discharge guide plate are arranged so that the front edge thereof is formed at a required height and angle from the rear surface of the paper tray. .

The paper discharge guide plate 11 is provided with a large number of comb-shaped protrusions 11a arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals, and each protrusion 111L protrudes upward and slightly intersects between each roller 10b of the feed roller 10. Set it so that it is included. Then, the upper end corner of the front edge of each protrusion 11a is connected to the paper discharge outlet 1 between the guide plate 11 and the feed roller 10.
3, and the front edge 11b is formed at a required height H and angle θ from the rear end surface of the table 8, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4. The height H is preferably set at an angle that does not interfere with the paper tray falling down from the table, for example, 90 degrees or a slightly smaller angle.

In the above embodiment, the present invention was applied to the original paper and photosensitive paper discharge sections of a diazo photocopier.
Of course, the same configuration can be applied not only to diazo type ICs but also to the copy output section of Shigeko copiers, as well as rotary copying machines, other printing machines, etc., where paper of a specified size is placed on the table. The present invention can be applied to any type of paper discharging device as long as it is a device that sequentially sends and receives sheets.

When the working original paper 5 and the photosensitive paper 4 leave the separating section 2, they are separated into left and right parts, and the photosensitive paper 4 is separated by guide rolls 14, 15, s6 and o:
Guided by the guide plate 17 etc., the paper feeding roller 10 and the paper ejection guide plate 1
1. Feed roller 10 and paper ejection guide plate 11
What is meant by this is that since the photosensitive paper 4 is fed while being given a waveform in the width direction by the biting of each roller 10b and the comb-shaped protruding strips 11a, the rear end of the photosensitive paper 4 has a protrusion within the biting position. Article 11
The paper is fed forcefully until it exits the paper discharge outlet 13 formed at the corner of the front end of the paper a, and when the trailing edge of the paper exits the outlet 13, there is no supporting part below, so it falls naturally. The paper tray falls onto the table 8 and is supported on the table as it is, so that the paper tray is used to send the photosensitive paper one after another onto the table, and the sheets are stacked up in neat rows.

Effects of the Invention As explained above, the paper tray of the paper ejection section of the present invention has a paper ejection guide plate provided below the feeding rollers provided on the table and protruding from below between each roller. Since the upper corner of the front edge of each protruding line of the paper ejection guide plate is configured to go down to the biting position and serve as a paper ejection outlet, even if the trailing edge of the ejected paper is pushed out, it will not be ejected. The moment the paper exits the exit, the paper receivers located vertically downward fall onto the stand and are stacked correctly one after another, aligning the paper trays in order to avoid forcing out the trailing edge of the paper. No need to worry about getting it dirty.

In addition, since the lower feeding roller is eliminated, the structure is simplified, and the paper receiver can have a smaller drop from the table than a conventional pair of upper and lower rolls or rollers, which reduces concave curls when feeding paper. Therefore, it is possible to reliably feed even weak paper, and to eliminate curls 9 and paper jams caused by this. In addition, the configuration is simple, the implementation is easy, and the implementation is safe.
