Claims (1)
- 〓状に形成される板金製品の上辺下面と、この
下面に連接する直立面に夫々当接され得る上面と
直立面を有しこの直立面と反対に位置する上面端
部から下方拡幅となる斜面が形成されたポンチ、
上記製品の〓状の上記ポンチと接する反対面の３
面と夫々当接すると共に上記ポンチの斜面に当接
され得る斜面とが形成され、かつ上下動可能なダ
イ、上記ポンチをこのポンチの直立面側にスライ
ド可能に保持し、その直立面側との間に弾性部材
を介在させたポンチプレート、このポンチプレー
トと上記ダイとの間に配設され、ダイの下降開始
時は上記ポンチの上面と同一面であり、下降終端
では上記製品の下辺下面と当接する面となる上面
を有するクツシヨンプレートを備え、このクツシ
ヨンプレートとポンチ上面とに製品となる素材を
配置し、上記ダイを下降させて製品の下辺をダイ
とクツシヨンプレートで挾持し、さらに下降させ
てダイとポンチの斜面を当接させ乍らポンチを弾
性部材の弾性力に抗して移動させ、ダイの下降終
端でダイとポンチとの間に〓状の製品を形成する
ようにした曲げ装置。
