In the electronic cooling pillow configured in this way, when power is supplied from the power cord 4 to the thermoelement 6, a heat absorption phenomenon occurs on the upper surface of the thermoelement 6, and a heat generation phenomenon occurs on the lower surface, so that the cooling plate 5 The heat transfer plate 7 is cooled and heated. The heat from the heated heat transfer plate 7 is transferred to the refrigerant 1 contained in the heat pipe 10.
2 exchanges heat with outside air introduced from the suction port 2 via the heat radiation fins 9, and this heat is released from the discharge port 3. The heat-exchanged refrigerant 12 is cooled, liquefied, and returned to the heat receiving section 10b. By repeating this process, the cooling plate 5 is cooled while power is being supplied to the thermoelement 6. Next, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the mat 8 is made by filling a soft cushion 13 such as foam with a liquid substance 14 such as water, and packing it with a vinyl chloride sheet 15 to cover the cooling plate 5. to keep the mat 8 at a low temperature. A human head 16 is placed on this mat 8 to cool it when it is difficult to sleep, such as during a fever-related illness or when it is difficult to sleep, such as on a tropical night or during a midsummer nap.

In the conventional electronic cooling pillow mat, a cushion material 13 cut into a flat shape as shown in FIG. After filling a liquid substance 14 such as water through the filling opening, the filling opening is again heat-sealed to form the mat 8.
In such a conventional mat, the mat 8 is used to seal the filling opening after filling the liquid substance 14 such as water.
Air gets inside, and since air has an insulating effect, the cooling power of the cooling plate 5 is not transmitted to the upper surface that contacts the head 16, and the necessary cooling power cannot be obtained.
In addition, when the liquid substance 14 such as water is sealed, the sealing opening becomes wet with the liquid such as water, and the sealing performance is deteriorated due to incomplete heat sealing, resulting in liquid leakage during use. . Furthermore, although a foam material having air bubbles inside is used as the material of the cushion material 13, since the liquid substance 14 such as water that has permeated inside hardly flows, the mat 8 on the cooling plate 5 side Although the lower surface is cooled, the upper part of the contact surface with the head 16 of the mat 8 is not cooled and has the disadvantage that the performance as a cooling pillow cannot be obtained. Furthermore, since the cushion material 13 has a flat shape as shown in FIG. 5, even if a human head 16 is placed on the mat 8 as shown in FIG. Since only the cushion deforms, the contact area between the mat 8 and the head 16 is small, and the head 1
Since only the hair part 6 comes into contact with the mat 8, there was a drawback that the coldness of the mat 8 could not be felt.

The mat for an electronic cooling pillow according to the present invention is made by heat-sealing a cushion material that retains a liquid substance such as water with a vinyl chloride sheet, etc., and then providing a sealable plug that can enclose or release the liquid substance after heat-sealing. This increases the reliability of the heat-sealed seal and allows the air inside the mat to escape later. In addition, by providing multiple through holes in the cushion material to facilitate the flow of liquid within the mat, the cooling power of the cooling plate is effectively transmitted to the upper surface of the mat on the head side, resulting in good cooling. It will be used as a mat. In addition, by providing an arc-shaped notch in the cushion material that has the same shape as the head and increasing the contact area with the head, it also makes contact with other parts of the head other than the hair. As a result, the coldness of the mats can be conveyed more reliably to the head. Furthermore, since the pine is cut out in the same shape as the head, when the head is placed on the pine, it feels more comfortable to place the head on the pine. As described above, the cooling power of the cooling plate can be effectively transmitted to the head.

Electronic cooling pillow mat 17 configured in this way
In this step, the cushion material 19 is heat-sealed with a vinyl chloride sheet or the like 18, and after the heat-sealing, a sealing plug 23 that can enclose or release a liquid substance 22 is provided.
As a result, there is no need to heat-seal the liquid substance 22 sealed first, and the liquid substance 22 does not wet the heat-sealed portion, making heat-sealing easy and improving sealing reliability. In addition, since a liquid substance 22 such as water is sealed through the seal plug 23 after heat sealing, it is possible to release air inside the mat 17 that has an unnecessary negative effect on the heat insulation effect, and the cooling power of the cooling plate 5 can be effectively transferred to the head of the mat 17. 16 can be reported. Since a plurality of through holes 20 are provided in the cushion material 19, a liquid substance 22 such as water in the mat 17 flows through the holes 20 as shown by the arrow in FIG. The cooling effect is easily transmitted to the contact surface with the head 16, and an effective cooling effect can be obtained. Although water was used as the liquid substance in the experimental results, by providing the plurality of through holes 20, the lower surface of the mat 17 on the cooling plate 5 side and the upper surface on the contact surface side of the head 16 It has been confirmed that a significant effect can be obtained, with a temperature difference of 2°C compared to about 8°C for the conventional model.

Further, since the cushion material 19 is provided with an arc-shaped notch 21 having a substantially head shape so as to have the same shape as the head 16, the contact area with the head 16 is reduced as shown in FIG. Since the mat 17 increases in size and comes into contact with other parts of the head other than the hair, the coldness of the mat 17 can be transmitted to the head 16 better than before. Since the contact area with the head 16 is increased, the head 16 can be kept at a low temperature and cooled more effectively as a cooling pillow mat. Furthermore, since the cushion material 19 is provided with an arcuate notch 21 having the same shape as the head, contact with the head 16 is improved compared to conventional mats, and the mat 17
The head 16 is better able to sit on the mat 17, and the head 16 does not roll around on the mat 17, resulting in a comfortable mat.

According to the present invention, after the cushion material is heat-sealed with a vinyl chloride sheet or the like, a sealing plug is provided that can seal in and release a liquid substance, and there is no need to seal the liquid substance first and then heat-seal it, making heat-sealing easy. In addition, the reliability of the sealing performance is improved, and only unnecessary air can be released from the sealing part after the liquid substance is sealed, resulting in effective cooling. Liquid substances such as water in the mat can easily flow through the multiple through holes provided in the cushion material, allowing the cooling power of the cooling plate to be transmitted to the head more effectively, which is a high percentage of the cost of the electronic cooling pillow. This has the effect of reducing the number of expensive thermoelements used. In addition, since the cushion material is provided with an arc-shaped notch in the shape of the head so that it has the same shape as the head, the contact area with the head increases and the cooling effect is improved. It has the effect of improving. As described above, great effects can be obtained by changing the shape of the cushion material.
