却素子とを組合せた電子冷却枕において、水枕又
は蓄冷枕の下方に平板状ヒートパイプを横方向に
配置し、水枕又は蓄冷枕の横方向両外側部に前記
平板状ヒートパイプの両端部を囲むように冷却水
室を形成し、冷却水室内の水を平板状ヒートパイ
プの横方向両端部に付着させる蒸発クロスを設け
、前記冷却水室の上面に蒸気を排出する通気孔を
