イヤフラムによつて密閉されたサプライチヤンバ
を設け、上記チヤンバに作動油を封入した密封式
油圧ラツシユアジヤスタにおいて、前記ダイヤフ
ラムのシール端部が衝合するシール面にシール溝
を形成し、そのシール溝に嵌合したシール部材を
ダイヤフラムに直接またはそのダイヤフラムに取
付けたリングに密着し、上記ダイヤフラムを水素
化ニトリルゴムで形成し、シール部材をフロロシ
リコーンゴムで形成したことを特徴とする密封式
